We’ve given this location several chances and we are always let down. Food quality is very poor. Waited 10 minutes for a burnt Spicy Chicken this time. Just keep going down the street to Arbys or McDonald’s folks. ~Robert

The line was about 8 cars long so I thought I'd take the little ones inside...WRONG...door was locked! I guess they are hurting for staffing too~ So we got back into the car and got in line. It went pretty fast. I have to say Wendy's strawberry milkshake is THE BEST!! MUCH BETTER than their chocolate shakes they have been so known for. There wasn't much of a chocolate taste...kind of diluted taste--a hint of chocolate taste-ha! But the strawberry was great!! ~Diane

Overall the store was like any other stores but what stood out to me was loose barrels of coffee beans from many different regions/country as well as many different flavors. It's bakery section is also very good with fresh baked breads and baked items. A little more expensive than other chain stores but completely worth it. ~Sanjiv

I dont usually do this. We are travelling from TX. I have a paralyzed vocal cord from having covid last summer. I went in your store yesterday. I was helped by the nicest person I have come in contact with my entire vacation!!! So extremely patient with trying to hear me n help me! I wish I had gotten his name. Store was very clean and very busy. He treated everyone with kindness n respect!!! Even this 70 year old lady with with a bad voice! Kudos!! If he is not manager, he certainly should be. Zero Stars. I was turned away at the door for not having a mask with me. The employees do not understand that the Shelby County mask mandate is a "blue law", and that consumers simply go shop elsewhere or on Amazon when clerks rudely take it upon themselves as enforcers of a law the police will not. I will not allow someone to disrespect me, by telling me to cover my face. I have too much self-respect to shop at this location. I hope the management corrects these attitude and professionalism issues with their staff. ~Ken

My granddaughter expressed an interest in sewing so I enrolled us into the beginning sewing class. We had a nice time, she learned a lot and she was very proud of her finished project a 12x12 pillow. The instructor “D” was good! I hope they have an intermediate class I can enroll us in to keep my granddaughter interest going. Just need a better items list a few of the items on the list we did not need for that class and I had to purchase a few things not mentioned on the list that we needed. A pre made optional supply kit for the project would have been a good idea for someone just starting out and more time and cost effective. ~Sonya

The shop is cute, but they have an extremely small selection of fabric (maybe 15 - 20 bolts). When I’m traveling I like to visit quilt shops in different cities and don’t mind driving a bit out of my way to do so, but with this shop, it’s only worth visiting if you’re within a mile or so of the shop. ~Era

make an appointment, don't just show up. the place to go to quick help, not the place to go to get a pinpoint diagnosis that requires several layers of testing. they took my vitals, spoke with me, gave me an x-ray, and sent my work to specialized doctor for a second opinion. service is excellent, but not like the minor medical offices of years ago. you will get help, you will get medicine, but you may not leave with a perfect answer. ~Jalisha
