Awesome service. I went in looking for chalk paint for a piece of furniture I was going to paint. The associates took me directly to the spot it was located. They could answer all my questions. Upon checkout I was given a discount/coupon. The associates were very sweet and helpful.

Jeremy is excellent and was able to quickly help match the paint I needed and mix it quickly! What a great customer experience vs the Collierville store that seemed like everything I needed was going to be an issue. So I left and went to a store that is happy to have the business.

The employees at this store are very helpful. I am in the process of selecting exterior paint colors. I could not get the color exactly right. I described how the color was "off". Wes made recommendations on what to try next. Many samples have been made for me. My samples have been ready for curb side and within a short period of time now that the store is open.

I came in not knowing the color I needed to buy. But with my tiny sample they matched it perfectly. Only down fall was the prices. For the price! Paid for 1gallon of paint I could have bought 2 gallons at Lowe's or home Depot.

Wanted to start painting my house so I went in to get everything I would need and see if there were things that could make the job easier. They even did a check list with me to make certain I had everything. Not really trying to upsale but make sure I wouldn't have to make multiple trips to get started.

The salesperson was so knowledgeable. She reassured me I did not need to prime my project based on the information I gave her and the type of paint I selected. Without her help I would have wasted time and money on a step that was unnecessary! I love Sherwin-Williams because I get professional advice as well as terrific paint!
