I ordered a salad, Dave’s single, kid’s cheese burger, fries. They forgot: toppings on Dave’s single, salad dressing, and the fries. I just couldn’t understand how they were forgotten. I didn’t even go at rush hour. This is not the first time they forget giving me what I order. Also they really have a bad attitude serving customers. The tone is always so cold and hurried, as if they don’t want you to eat there. Really baffling.

I am giving this location zero stars due to there poor customer service. Each and every time the few times I have returned back to this location has been a mess. The young man that suppose to be a manager with a pink shirt on the afternoon shift needs to be removed immediately... He has his young ladies playing on intercoms each time I come, leaving me sitting 15 or more minutes for someone to respond. Each time I reach window he comes an gives me a glamorous smirk and walks away. Not sure whats his problem is but he an the entire shift near window needs to be replaced asap. My time is valuable just as much as my money an I have no time to play with other peoples kids.

I went there to try the new strawberry frosty. No strawberry, vanilla, or chocolate frosted today. I still decided to order 2 burger combos. Meat had more pink inside than I thought was normal. Fries were good. Coke was a cup of ice basically, very little Coke. I was not impressed at all today.

whoever was “taking orders” 05/18 at 9:30, i hope you know you either need to learn etiquette or be terminated your attitude was not it sis. your store closes at 10 PM. i drove through at 9:30 after a long shift at work when you decided to greet me with “Welcome to Wendy’s were closed have a wonderful night god bless” in the most condescending way possible. don’t worry, ill be calling corporate ;)

Waited 20 minutes for my curbside order then got tired of waiting so was just going to go inside to check on I and both doors are locked even though they say they have indoors pickup open. I got in the car que and it took another 20 minutes just to get through the line. I spent nearly 45 minutes to get 2 cheeseburgers and a drink. I'm not sure what happened to this location but it's not worth the effort

Went to Wendy's last night, got there about a quarter after 9:00.. there were only two cars in front of me one at the drive-thru window and one at the call box, ordering box whatever you want to call it. I guess they were taking and preparing the orders one at a time but by the time she asked to take my order it was 9:27. The young lady said they were only serving nuggets and fries because they were closing in a little while. Needless to say I didn't order anything. SMH...

Absolutely horrible service young lady at drive thru window needs to be terminated. She was rude and had an attitude when I asked why they did not have ketchup or 3 different dipping sauces. When I pulled to the window she said nothing to me, she reached her hand out for my money, returned my change, gave me my drink and then my food without saying a word. Sometimes it's better to run your business short than have that type of person representing your business.

First time going to this Wendy’s it was morning time. Waited in line got ready to order and was told no Sausage only bacon. Cool! Things happen. The second time it was about noon. ordered only to find out they were out of sweet and sour sauce ,ketchup and my frosty was warm!!! How is it possible to get a cup of warm fluff?! Ok the third and final time going here was yesterday. Got ready to order and was told very rudely….. “go head wit cho order” “ and we only doing a five item minimum per car at this time” Really?!!! I only tried this location that many times because it’s close to my husband’s job! Do better Wendy’s!

Managed to get every part of my order wrong, including a missing large sandwich, incorrect chicken nuggets, and missed ingredients in 2 other items, after a 15 minute wait. I will not be visiting this establishment again, and completely recommend that everyone find another place. This one is either staffed or managed, or both, by idiots.

We’ve given this location several chances and we are always let down. Food quality is very poor. Waited 10 minutes for a burnt Spicy Chicken this time. Just keep going down the street to Arbys or McDonald’s folks.
