Return policy on the receipt and on the front of the cash register clearly states “no hassle returns” yet I couldn’t get a cash refund when I paid in cash on an item I decided I didn’t want 5 minutes after leaving the store. They forced a store credit on me. Can’t even use it online. Then I’m told “this store has a different refund policy than other JOANN stores” and good luck getting any help from the corporate office. Totally useless. They must be on their last leg to be keeping customers money against their own policy and at the risk of losing customers. Wild ish*

Drove 45 minutes and they did not have one of the items I went to buy, but I could get it online. Wish there was one closer to us.

I anticipated it to be a small quaint, stores- much like a granny store, yet much my surprise, it was much larger, a large variety of selections, with also other items, etc.

I went in here in search of some fabric. This is a good sized store with a large fabric department. The staff was knowledgeable about the sales that week. They had the fabric that I went in there to pick up, as well as some random novelty fabric that I had not seen before. The staff was helpful and quick to help.

My granddaughter expressed an interest in sewing so I enrolled us into the beginning sewing class. We had a nice time, she learned a lot and she was very proud of her finished project a 12x12 pillow. The instructor “D” was good! I hope they have an intermediate class I can enroll us in to keep my granddaughter interest going. Just need a better items list a few of the items on the list we did not need for that class and I had to purchase a few things not mentioned on the list that we needed. A pre made optional supply kit for the project would have been a good idea for someone just starting out and more time and cost effective.

It's pretty nice, it has mostly fabric and yarn. They have nice beads and jewelry making items you can't find at other stores but some things (like the beads) are overpriced compared to Michael's.

Loved Joann Fabric & Crafts. Really helpful staff. They helped me buy the right sewing machine. Thank goodness there are still brick & mortar stores like this!!

Great sales on patterns lately. Wife just got a Heavy Duty Singer sewing machine and has been buying up fabrics and patterns. JOANN's has been great for supplies.
