So I have a friend in the hospital up the road... came in here for excedrin migraine due to this thing in my head raging out... I unfortunately have also lost my sim card that Bank of America has linked to my card... I was refused access to store wifi and none of the employees where offering brief usage of wifi... keep in mind here im wearing a suit jacket and nice jeans so I atleast don't look homeless... after the second visit into the store ( left to use wifi at oral & maxiofacial surgical center next door) I gave up and tossed the chime card onto the counter advising the clerk there's $20 on it she can have if she can get it to work... then I left, spoke to noone else after entering my car a young lady approached in a very aggressive manner and asked if I was ok.... I responded that no I was not and that I had a migraine and could use assistance in completing a transaction... she then said I intimidated the entire store and caused a scene and was not allowed back.... I encourage anyone from the store to review any video of 1/9/21 at approximately 2pm and if I was in the wrong level know. I'll gladly send a fruit basket and flowers but all you'll see is someone in understandable distress only trying to purchase the meds I need to feel better... not once but twice... so no I wouldn't suggest anyone to frequent this location... there's a locally owned and operated pharmacy next door anyway.

Can NEVER get my husband's prescriptions correct and on time even tho they are on auto fill and I end up going 3/4 separate times to get them. Ridiculous

I have been dealing with Walgreens on madison avenue for a long time now and here lately it seems like the people in the pharmacy look down on people that get medicine for addiction reason cause everyone knows how fast computers are this days and when you go up to the counter and tell them your name they always ask about your birthday I guess they think we are stuiped when they say they haven't received nothing yet and the doctors tells you when it goes threw then they don't ask you for your information either I understand if people have a bad day and stuff but you can here it in there voice the think they are better then everyone else talk when yhe

I used to enjoy using this pharmacy but after a back injury something changed. I always take any medication as prescribed and had to begin on a controlled substance.. I took the medication as prescribed until I had a procedure done that eased the pain the medication should have lasted me 16 days if I took as directed. Being out of pain I stopped taking it for several days then the procedure meds began to fail and I had to take more. I turned in a new prescription in time for them to fill it about two days prior to running out. The pharmacist had no idea what I had taken before (even though they should have known ) my dr and I talked and I was experiencing less pain that I was so my script was cut down. Rather than check the old script the pharmacy decided I had used to much and refused to fill it or order it. After showing them and several phone calls they found their error but the damage was done. It takes three days to get the meds in and i was out. The young woman on the phone was less than professional even though it was their mistake I never did get to speak to the Pharmacist who failed in his her her duty this time. All. They could do was order the meds and simply said goodbye on the phone. There was no foul language I don’t do that, I don’t raise my voice but I do require respect especially when I had not made an error. The woman on the phone should be replaced immediately along with the pharmacist. Mistakes when it comes to someone life should not be tolerated from any health professional. Now I understand we live in an age where’s some others may abuse a controlled substance I am not one of those people and should not be treated as such. On the phone or in person. As we look into this further I only wish to warn everyone to keep your bottles the pharmacist and staffs imply can not be trusted. Use a home town pharmacy you can have relationship with not one who scolds you on the phone and makes excuses for their mistake.

Can't keep what is needed in stock!!! Need new pharmacy management. And they know you need it been there 15 years and can't get it in stock. They look at you like you are an addic even if you been on same medication for 15 years and need it. Time for change I've had 2 back surgerys 2 3 shoulder surgerys so yeh i might be dependent on my meds but that don't make me an addict!!!!!! Gone to the birds when the new pharmacy manager took over

Wrong medication, duplicated medications, given medications that interact badly with other medications. I called spoke to manager on duty, promised manager would call me when she came in, which was about 2 hours from time of call. It's been a week, she still has not called. They just don't care anymore

Awesome customer service only thing my dad has stage 4 cancer & cant get out much & i need a poa to pick up a print out of what he has paid for his meds

Me and my husband have been going here for about 10 years and the place is awesome!! We love the whole staff they are all wonderful at what they do. We will NEVER go to a different place!! Great atmosphere and great people!!!
