I would recommend you not doing business with these people unless you plan to pay upfront immediately. Good people but hidden fees you don’t find out about until AFTER you’ve signed a contract.

I rented something. Let these people know about 6 pm today to come tom and get it bc I no longer wanted it and they said ok. So they waited till after they was closed showed up at my house at 8:45at night to get it and they didnt call me or anything to let me know they was coming. I was already in my night clothes when they showed up. The man tried to argue with me instead of just waiting for me to get my stuff out of the fridge for them. I told him I had called and made plans for them to come get it tom and he said the guy was new. I don't care but if he that new why is he already answering phone and telling customers the wrong thing. If he that new then maybe he shouldn't be dealing with the phones yet. Biggest thing is I kept in contact with them but they showed up after closing hours and didn't even call first. Bad for business.. Not to mention standing in my yard arguing. At night. I never told them that when they brought my fridge that they ran into my cable line and broke it and I had to get it fixed and also never said anything to them about busting all my cinder blocks bringing it in so now I am telling the world instead. The man can't drive the truck and he will ruin your lines bc he doesnt watch where he is going and he will bust up your drive way and on top of that he comes after hours with out calling. I already have one set up to come tom bc I did not like the fact they weren't very professional. They never used the dolly and almost ripped my door walls out getting it out but never used the dolly in or out. Very unprofessional. Thanks for the bad business and hope you find professionals that care about others things while renting from you.

They charged me $15 when I put my info online....before I even purchased anything. Called and went by the store, they said they were having system malfunctions and would call me when corrected. Still waiting.

Very rude people. When people came in they knew just let me stand there while they all talked and laughed. I finally just said forget it, if I'm going to pay money for something I am not going to be treated this way

If you plan to rent from any establishment in this locality visit here first they are professional if you're looking for something they don't have they find it quite simply 10 out of 10 Stars. The best service I've seen . Anywhere.

When you pay for some thing they wont delver it and when you get your money back they wont pick it up and they will call police to say they were here and wanst so please dont rent from them there bad people go at your own judgement
