They have been more than helpful to me and would recommend them to anyone. We have used another tax service for a long time, for some reason our return this year was only $500. Which I knew was not right, I may not be very smart in the tax field but with further investigation, I was right. I called and spoke to Jennifer at liberty. Told her what the lady at the office said and she even said that’s not right. Went in with out an appointment, they took very good care of us. Definitely highly recommend! Mary is who took care of us and when she told me what the refund was, I was able to breathe. ~Allison

There's only one person here to run the store/gas station and the truck rental and she's never done a truck rental before. She's been nothing but kind and she's done her best, but we have a reservation to pick up a truck today. This isn't a spur of the moment walk in. I also had to move their trucks around to get mine out, since there's only one employee here. Edit: the DEF tank was nearly empty and after talking to the local branch manager he sent some guys out to refill it. He also apologized profusely for my troubles. ~Jesse

Love this place although I do not like the fact it does not open until 11 a.m. I am a morning person. Never know what your gonna find. Prices have increased since the pandemic. ~Drema

Horrible, slow, uneducated. You will wait for months to get your card because of errors made by the staff members. They are terrible at connecting your phone call to the right person. Be prepared to waste lots of your time in circling around their offices. ~Vladimir
