Staff is knowledgeable about reptiles. Feeder mice and rats always appear healthy. The crickets are great too. My go-to feeder store. Their reptiles for sale appear healthy and well taken care of as well.

The guys that work here are super chill and helpful, and really know their business. They also are one of the only local sources for on-site flightless fruit fly purchases if you need them in a pinch. I would highly recommend this location and this store to anyone.

Great little store, I liked this one more than the aurora and boulder locations. I didn’t get the girls name who helped us but she was super knowledgeable and new the animals personalities to help us make our decision. Ended up with a gorgeous little Blue eyed lucy and look forward to doing more business with them!

This place is great. My reptile loving son is obsessed and the gal working there was extremely knowledgeable and took time out of her day to educate my son and I all things reptile. He even got to handle some. Will be back!

Very knowledgeable about reptiles and the laws. Found everything I was looking for. They have a nice stock of supplies and they really take great care of their reptiles. Nice smaller sized store so they prioritize the care of the animals. I would definitely recommend them.

friendly helpful staff. Great price on crickets, and they aren't stingy with them like local big box pet stores. Lot's of pets that aren't for sale but are fun to look at with the kids.

The selection is pretty solid. I've only been to this location twice for Tarantulas, and I am really bummed because I went in on a Friday to check out their selection and saw a couple priced decently. I took pics of the ones I was interested in and went home to think on them. I came back 3-4 days later to buy one of them and they had marked it up $100! It was a juvenile 2" Green bottle blue that was $90 and a couple days later it was now $190! It isn't a proven female either. I asked the guy(General manager) why it had changed in price and he said they "mis priced it".. He said he was sorry but he needed to make some money on it. So I left with a not so great experience. I went in there with intentions to buy from this shop, but I may need to go to a different store or order online if they can't honor their original marked price of $90. Aside from that issue, the staff was polite and I will stop in to see what they have to offer in the future.
