We are curb side service only. BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. Call when your 30 minutes away to place your order and we will come outside to your car when you call to notify you have arrived and will take payment then. No reptiles at this location. We focus on the feeders, But in 2020 we will have multiple reptiles we will be breeding and expect some very cool stuff fallow us on Facebook, instagram, or YouTube to see the progress.

Have honestly never had a negative interaction with this business. The owner goes out of his way to provide top quality feeders at a reasonable price, actually best price I’ve found. It doesn’t matter if it’s one feeder or one hundred feeders you’re buying, you will be treated equally and with the same respect. Just call in your order ahead of time and they will let you know when to expect your order to be ready for curbside only pick up. Works great!!

Edit: directed at your reply, we actually rang the doorbell, called while attempting to knock on the door, rang the doorbell again and called again. So it was probably 10-12 minutes in the cold waiting to get no reply. Second, we then walked back up to the front and the employee could have mentioned it was a feeder only store that was strictly doing curbside only. But none of that was said.”there’s no reptiles here” She spoke as if she was disinterested in our business period. Which you should definitely be ready to reiterate if it appears others have had this confusion before. Considering not everyone clicks the About section on Google. Most read the main page and possibly swipe through pictures. Welcome to business ownership, people can leave reviews based on their experiences with your company. Feel about it however you wish. I attempted to visit this store after finding them online but when I arrived their open sign was on but the front door was locked. I figured I had to ring the door bell or call, so I proceeded to call and stand at the front door while it was 10 degrees outside. Once again nobody answers. Finally when I go to leave someone comes outside, so we turn around and ask her if they are open. The female worker then told us they had no reptiles there at all and shut the door in our faces. This place is far from a professional or pleasant experience and I would not recommend doing any type of business with them.

Hands down the best experience I’ve had getting feeders! I’ve been going through Aaron for two years now and have always been very satisfied. Clean, kinda, and informative. If you have reptiles DNA is your feeder source!!

I came here with my boyfriend today and had a terrible experience. We got here at 4:20 it says there open till 5 and we didn't even get to go in. We rang the doorbell twice knocked, and tried calling with no luck. As we were driving away we saw people walking out so we re-parked and walked to the door, only to be confronted with a female worker who was extremely rude. She immediately said "we don't have reptiles here" and pretty much closed the door in our face. We had never been here before and wanted to explore it, not just for the reptiles. Was such a weird experience and waste of time. 10/10 would not recommend.

I got a half pound of in house food supplement he makes himself. Ground meat, berries and crickets. Comes frozen. I got it for my baby tegu who eats a little bit every couple days. He’s mostly doing small feeders but within a year will be coming for the supplement and pinkies when he gets a little bigger. Great prices. Good and fast service
