I was hesitant to take my cat to a chain for her nail clipping, and we've always gone to the vet. It was a wonderful surprise. TERREN was competent and reassuring. I loved being able to watch the trim through the glass. And, half the price of the vet. I'll be back.

Everyone at this particular location is knowledgeable, helpful and kind. Product is fresh and the store is always clean. Matt really deserves a five star rating on his exemplary customer service skills along with his savvy tech and customer support skills. Matt showed the patience and grace of a saint all the while keeping an Upbeat sense of humor. He helped us with a serious mix up with me somehow having two accounts. Yikes! He was able to get both accounts combined to ensure I could utilize all my rewards. Amazing Matt is how we will fondly refer to him from this day forward. All the other employees were terrific and stepped in to take care of all the customers needing to check out saving us from feeling like we were "oh, those people". Fantastic experience! I remain a loyal satisfied rewards Petco customer thanks to Amazing Matt and his crew. Thank you for stepping Up your game Petco!

Stacy went above and beyond to not only help me find my cat food that was out of stock but also looked to see if she could hunt it down elsewhere. All the staff were friendly and the store was clean! Will definitely be back to this Petco.

I was contracted by a company named WorldLink Integration to install wireless access points in this Petco store. They have still not paid me 3 months later. I will be taking them to court as well as filing a Mechanic's lien on this building

Terren is great with my cat. When I taker her in, I feel nothing but confident that she will be okay and Bossko is getting exactly what I asked for. She loves Terren, she always comes home purring. He always takes the time to listen to me me if I concerns about her or any questions. I'm getting ready to move, I have a 2 day drive ahead of me, I had concerns and questions about my cat and her anxiety and the drive. He took the time to talk with me and lead me in the right direction. It was really helpful. All the staff I have come across there are really friendly and have always been helpful. It always clean there, which I love as well.

They have most of what you need for your pets (wish they had more of the essential items (stronger leashes and dog vests) as i have a bigger stronger dog) and i don't trust the platic clips/clasps on all except one type of harness. And since it's meant to be stronger they should carry it in the L, XL & XXL more quantities since it's meant to hold more pulling force from your dogs. Bigger water Bowls selection would be nice too (again bigger dogs drink lots more water.

The groomers charged me a $15 rush fee without telling me. My dogs appointment was at 3:30, I mentioned having an event at 5pm, but the groomer (Sara L) stated it would depend on my dog's behavior for how fast she could be done and asked for 1-2 hours. I said it was no big deal and that I could be a little late. When I got the call at 4:30 that she would be done soon, I headed over. Upon arrival I saw she was still being brushed, so I smiled in the window at her - then at check out Sara gave me a discount without reason, likely because I am a kind/friendly person - I paid and it was not until I reviewed my receipt that I saw: $15 rush fee, $8 discount I would've been happy to pay the fee, but the lack of communication is why I give this 2 stars. It's hard enough to get an appointment with petco grooming - but to be told my 40 lb dog could not be done in an hour, then she was and I was charged extra...she wasn't even properly brushed so I should've been refunded the de-shedding service.

The vet assistant was amazing. My dog is a big baby that won't walk on a leash and he pee'd all over the floor but the assistant just loved him and my dog loved him back! The vet herself could use some "bed side manner" training but it was getting late in the day and I imagine she had been giving out shots all day, was probably tired of talking to people because she didn't say a single word. Not a hi bye nothing, odd I thought.

Went here to get a lot of supplies mostly fish. Her tank heater quit so replaced fish that was lost. Cat litter box, trying a different type of water bowl for dog. Good night. Employees were great at helping.

Found four dead betas and many more other fish not in good shape. Besides that it's kinda small but small but had regular Petco stuff. I wouldn't recommend getting anything live here because of over pricing and lack of care. For example "premium" bearded dragons and "live fish bugs" that had molded and were definitely dead.
