I appreciate the cleanliness of the store. The employees are helpful and attentive. However, the main reason for the 5-star is because PetSmart managed to keep the cat food aisle stocked Despite the global shortage of pet food. They're the true MVPs😉

The store itself is nice but I will not be taking my pup back to the groomers there. Groomer (young lady) stated my dog had struggled to have her legs groomed but did not tell me they actually hurt her to the point of my dog limping for a whole week thankfully she’s fine but I will not be taking her back I would rather her be groomed kinda choppy at home than be hurt

I use to go to this lets mart when i was a kid to get all the aquarium parts and pH testers my dad needed. Altho we never had fish im sure his friends that he bought them for really appreciated him. AnyWays the store has really stepped its game up since i was a kid. They GoT FISH. If you wanna fill your tank up woth cool colors then this is the place to go. Store was very well kept and staff were not only helpful but just as pretty as the fish. Lol

I recently inherited a very quirky dog. He’s a handful but needs grooming and I was so grateful for Valerie G at PetSmart for being willing to be patient and groom him for me. She has gone above and beyond and I’m grateful for her and PetSmart. It is so reassuring to know he’s in good hands and she does a great job too!

I have been here a few times and while I did have an initial bad experience, Sherry the manager was wonderful and quickly tried to rectify the situation. She redid the grooming service and Marleigh came home looking amazing with her nails clipped and smelling great. I’m appreciative of her for fixing the mishap. So I’m changing the review from 2 stars to 4.

Beware of Pet tax. The harness selection is very limited and very expensive. I paid $25 for a harness that was on the shelf as $20. Even the small harness fits more of a medium sized dog with no xtra small harnesses available. This $25 harness falls off my dog and therefore is trash and a waste of money. Went to Target next door and found a perfect harness for $12. Don’t pay extra just to shop at a store “for pets”. It’s really just a store for profit.

If you have grooming needs for your dog this is the place to go. I have a very hyper Old English Sheepdog that needs special attention. The manager was awesome!!! She took my pup in early and ensured that she addressed all my concerns. She was with him from start to finish throughout the process. My groomer was Shelby and she did an excellent job! I can always tell when my pup has a bad experience and he was extremely happy when I came to pick him up. Thank you for taking care of Odie....You guys are AMAZING!!!

Took my dog for a wash as she was dirty af from hiking and playing in Clear Creek. Looked like a matted Chewbacca. Got her back and she looked like she just won project runway. Sherry killed it and my pup rolled out of there like a diva. Yasss queen!
