Second one that I've been to today is closed. Sign on the door say temp hours 11 I need stuff before that! I understand being short staffed I work in retail too but come on!

This store is NEVER open. In the past month I've tried to come to the store multiple times, always different times and different days and every single time they are closed. Whether it's 11 am or 3 pm they haven't been open one time. Even when they have signs clearly posted on the doors with the hours and it's during the "business" hours they are still closed. Don't waste your time trying to come here because I guarantee they will be closed during business hours.

The pass three times I have stopped at this store it has not been open in the middle of the day. The first two times did not match up to the times posted on the door. This last time an employee was holding the door open but as I approached they closed the door and locked it without even a word to me. Because they were holding the door open before closing it I did not see the posted hours yet. I get it's hard to find employees at a store that's not going to pay anything close to what is being paid in the surrounding stores but to close the door in my face without a word and to not have the correct times posted on their temporary times is kind of ridiculous.

Went to shop and found the door locked and only open Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday! All other locations are open 7 days a week, what is so special for this location!

530 on Wednesday night and the doors locked… then some lady comes from the parking lot and unlocks the doors and tells the 10+ people waiting outside that it was “ just be a few minutes..” 1. Why is the store locked when there are clearly people inside 2. Why when the mystery person who came from outside to unlock the door and went in did you tell us it would be a few minutes what the f are we waiting for? I am one of your lucky former customers, I was not standing outside because I needed to buy food, I was going in to buy trinkets for st. Patrick’s day so I can leave, but you have homeless people standing outside waiting to buy food and probably get warm inside and your employees are dictating the schedule that seems convenient for them.

I love your concept but your management has to work on quality. Mold on bread and expired products are not good. THIS store is always a mess.

For what its worth, while it may not be the best of the bunch, my latest visit can serve as a cheerleader. The shelves were quite sparse. But the shining stars were the employees, who shared the struggles they’re managing, and even one of them who had gotten punched the day before by an upset shopper who was stealing!! Even with all that she spoke professionally, kindly and just getting to work. No one should have to tolerate that from anybody, she truly deserves a huge bonus for carrying that store on her shoulders, from the sounds of it, right now.

It is the most trashed, not stocked, with not very friendly employees store I think I have ever seen.. someone needs to take a look at their management...she's too busy on her phone or being rude to customers and her own employees to be concerned with how nasty that store is on a regular basis
