The manager, I believe his name is Tino, helped us figure out what our Guyana red tail needed. She started developing neurological issues and wasn't eating. We took pictures of her set up and brought her in for him to take a look at her. Turns out the enclosure was too hot for her and the thermostat probes I had placed weren't placed in the best spot. He was able to get her to eat and kept her overnight to make sure she was doing better. 3 days later and now she's had a full shed and is way more active. Thank you for everything Tino. You're awesome!

friendly crew and knowledgeable about what they have. prices on some items are high but they make it up by not making you feel like you're asking "dumb" questions. they would rather you walk out knowing about what you're getting into.

This location is absolutely amazing! My husband and I bought our adorable leopard gecko from this location almost a year ago. We have been back multiple times for roaches for our little guy. He has been so healthy since the day we adopted him. The staff was so helpful since we were new reptile parents, we had no idea what he needed beyond the necessities. We are looking forward to buying a bearded dragon from this location as well. We know we can trust the staff to give us the best advice possible. I will never shop at a petco or pet smart again for any type of reptile. This location will always be my go to!

Got Dubia roach nymphs to add to my feeder tank until the breeder tank gets going, there was even a few cleaner beetles included, which are great for the colony!

I love this shop, this is the spot to go for all your reptile needs. I've been coming here for 10+ years just to browse but when I ended up with two highly neglected leopard geckos in need of a home, it become that much more valuable. Right away Ethan was such a big help to me since these pets were unexpected, unhealthy and I knew little. It's a pleasure interacting with all the employees here when I come get food or have questions, but Ethan carries himself with an exceptional passion towards the animals and conducts out standing customer service offering his expertise. I'm glad I have a reason to come by here weekly and my geckos are now healthy and happy thanks to all the quality insects from Scales n tails.

Great neighborhood reptile store. Decent prices and the staff really does a great job caring for the animals. The red eyed tree frogs that I got from here have lived forever!

I just visited recently to check it out. The owner was very helpful. I had a lot of questions about my pets at home. And it has supplies I usually have to buy online. I'm glad there's a store nearby that I can count on now. :)
