9 Best clothing store in Chesterfield, Missouri (MO) 2024

Drove all the way here from St Peters specifically to find a maternity swimsuit. Their maternity "section" looked like a sad, picked over clearance rack. Not a single maternity swimsuit in the store, and only a handful of shorts and ugly dresses. They may be size inclusive but don't waste your time if you're pregnant. ~Jamie

This Outlet Store is now unable to take returns that were made online. This rule is not customer friendly. In the past I’ve returned online purchases to this same outlet store. For the prices Talbots charges their customer’s, they need to be more accommodating; whether online, in-store or at an Outlet. ~A.

Needed a pair of shoes I found on the website for Father’s Day and the site didn’t seem to have an option for in-store pick up. All it took was a quick call to the store and Tim took care of everything! He found the shoes I needed, offered to ship them out for me so my dad receives them before Father’s Day, and was able to pull up his profile with address that I didn’t know off the top of my head! Great Service from the Manager Jerry. Very knowledgeable about the shoes and coats. Based on Jerry's recommendation's I ended up buying several pairs of shoes, boots, tennis shoes and nice coat. The staff was well trained and really go that extra mile to make sure all of your questions are answered. If they didn't have what I wanted in my size they would order and ship to me for the same sale price !! I highly recommend you visit this particular Cole Haan Outlet store. ~Paul

It has been years since the last time I was there (which was also a great experience) and the employee was very friendly and nice and extremely helpful in helping me figure out my correct sizing (I went there to get bras) even though she had to keep running back to the back of the store where the bras I wanted were being kept (they're an older style that they're getting rid of so they're not on display up front anymore). I'll definitely keep going to this store in the future. ~Nil

So the caveat is you’ll need to buy one pair at pretty much full retail to receive the second pair (mix/ match) @ 70% off. I really didn’t need two pairs so sadly I left the store without a purchase and went directly to Academy Sports and saved over $20 on the same shoe. I could’ve also bought the same shoe online for $20 less than this outlet store. ~WillyWorld

For an outlet, I'd expect better pricing. The prices at this store are the same as if I was shopping on Nike's website. Also, the staff is hit and miss when it comes to customer service; sometimes they are polite and other times they are bothered that you are in the store. If you want to see something in person, then going here is a good option, but if you don't then I'd just shop online. ~Ryan
