So the caveat is you’ll need to buy one pair at pretty much full retail to receive the second pair (mix/ match) @ 70% off. I really didn’t need two pairs so sadly I left the store without a purchase and went directly to Academy Sports and saved over $20 on the same shoe. I could’ve also bought the same shoe online for $20 less than this outlet store.

Garbage service, he was so mean and his tone was obviously annoyed. Next time I’ll just go to big river running for running shoes. Their service is 10 times better . DO BETTER

Asics has a nice bright and clean store. Their staff were knowledgeable about the deals and types of shoes. It's always nice to find folks who know how to fit a shoe and what types of shoes are needed. I bought 1 pair and saved about $20 over anywhere online I could find them.

I visited the Chesterfield, MO store Friday (August 6, 2021). When I approached the store there was a sign stating "I will be back in an hour" so I left. It did not indicate when they left (STARTING POINT) or when they would (RETURN). When I returned there was only (1) person working! Bad idea for several reasons (poor customer service) I had to do everything myself. It is also a safety issue for that employee!

This was the first time we went for an ASICS shoe. We read that ASICS sells good quality cushion shoes. We went there to get shoes for my girlfriend. The first thing what I liked about the store is that they have maintained a nice hygiene amidst the pandemic situation. The saleswoman was nice and she suggested really good shoes. My girlfriend really loved the gel kayano 26 series for her. It has nice cushioning and very good arch support and it’s really light too. But, as you all might know, ASICS shoes are bit narrower, so she had to get one size large than her normal size. But the major factor was the stock. The colour and size what she liked was not in their store and also they couldn’t order it for us for the same. My girlfriend loved the shoe so much that we had to order it online, though I suggested her to check out shoes from other brands, which she denied, obviously. I feel nowadays, with e-shopping, these physical outlets are being used by some people for trials, so now getting new stuffs directly from the stores like in our childhoods are becoming an option for shopping only. I gave four stars because they have knowledgeable salesperson but with low inventory.
