Don't go here unless you like a no water car wash!! Absolutely terrible for your paint! Sat and watched the soap and bubbles go without our moving car then the water turns off and our car starts moving through the brushes with no water or soap on it!! My husband rolled down his window to ask them to turn it off and start it over and they told us to drive back through again. When we spent $15 for a wash tire shine and z- Wax. We asked for a refund because our car was not clean properly he said he didn't know how to do a refund!

I'm considering canceling my unlimited contract with these clowns. 1st they NEVER spray down the right side of the car. One guy told me that they were not supposed to.....WHA? Most of the time, the soap is watered down. When it's like that, I do at least 2 runs, back to back. Also seems they reduced the wash services this last year so my takeaway is if you get the "UNLIMITED $20/MO" it's mostly just a rinse job. The vacuums are the Best. I guess when it comes to a car wash if it sucks it must be good...I dunno. There's a new car wash being built just down the street. I think it's time for a change.

A little bit Good. Vacuum works well, washes good… please be careful with signing up for $10 membership promotion …they will not explain details to you upfront and letter they will over charge you. They charged me $35 after two months, although I have to call customer service who was able to refund $25 and apologized for miscommunication. Also, I will advise getting your own drying towels…my experience yesterday at Fm 78 location was terrible…their towels was all dirty, no clean towels to dry my car and one of the staff i ask pointed at the other table that also contains dirty towels. He was just waking up and down laughing around with I guess someone he knows that came to was car, without care of providing more towels to customers or explain to customers if any reason for not having clean towels. I think he should be doing his job attending to customers and not the other way round…This young guy on duty between 4-5pm yesterday needs to be thought on how to politely address/care for their customers. Diondrae helped me with purchasing my membership. He was the most helpful and very professional. He also aided me with supplies to finish my car after the wash. The experience was very friendly. He is such a great assistant to this business. Recommend visiting him when you need friendly face to help with your car washing needs. This was an overall great experience with Diondrae. I went there to vacuum my car in the Texas 110 degree heat. 🔥🔥😩😩 I left the car on but not running so it would run the tv for the kids while I vacuumed. I got back in my car to leave and it wouldn’t start. I had a portable battery pack/ jump starter but it wasn’t charged enough to work. I only had a car charger with me so the employee Daniel took it to his personal car to charge and told me and my 4 young children we could wait in the air conditioned break room. I’m 8 months pregnant and was already starting to feel heat exhausted. He was so nice and helpful. My husband was across town for work and not able to get to us soon . He seriously saved me and he deserves a raise. Service: Vacuuming

I am so proud of what the new manager Marcus has done with the place and he is so organized compared to the previous manager... I was going in to cancel my membership and ended up keeping it because the employees are so much nicer and helpful especially Lyzie/Lyaize. There were plenty of towels and water bottles FINALLY. I am going to keep coming on Sundays when I can. Services: Car waxing, Vacuuming

Pretty pricey for a single wash. After going through the wash I pulled up to the free vacuums, got out and noticed that there was still spots of mud on my truck. This, after paying $20 for a wash. Then the passenger side vacuum hose had very little suction. Not a very good experience for a first visit. Luckily there are multiple car washing facilities nearby.

This place is great if you like having to wash the front and rear of your vehicle yourself. When you mention it to the attendant, he looks at you and gives you an extra 5 whole seconds with the spray wand! I love wasting money on bad service. Fm78 mentality. Lazy! Please give me a refund. There are permanent bug stains on my wife's bumper from improper cleaning. My car has none bc I go to a different wash altogether.

My husband and I have been coming to this car wash for the past couple weeks and we love it. You get to use the vacuums even if you don't get a wash and they have complimentary rags and spray to clean your windshield or whatever else. So far so good! Thanks Zips!

I wish I would have never signed up for this service. They don't spray or brush down your car and my car is always dirty in the back when coming out the wash. Waste of money
