I was not expecting a Clarks employee to honestly make my day today. Outlet malls aren't known for good customer service. I had been shopping for shoes all afternoon across this mall and hadn't had a single employee at any store help me. But as soon as I walked into the Clarks outlet, Derek greeted me and helped me find what I was looking for. He was jovial with every customer who walked in. Really happy with my purchases, and glad I stopped in.

Worst customer service today. The white guy with a weird hair cut yelled at us twice just to get the whole box out instead of taking shoes out. Then he came and harrassed my 4 years old to put the shoes back. Even this was not enough and he sent another guy to say the exact same thing. It seemed more like a racist attitude than anything else. He continued to stare and harrassed my kids until we quickly left the store. I wish there was manager I could report this guy too. I was very close to calling police for verbal harrassement but didn’t want to waste my time there.

Before this point I was a huge fan of Clarks and would have recommended their shoe openly. I own many pairs of their shoes, and had never had an issue until this point. I received these as a gift and the sizing was a bit too big. This felt like a normal thing to happen and I thought it would be an easy thing to fix. I attempted to go through the return process and I kept (and continue to keep) receiving a stock reply. It has been at least a month and I have gotten to the point where I will never shop this brand again. No matter what I do, I cannot find a way to simply exchange for a smaller size. I have even messaged their individual stores and they will not give me a real answer. I will never shop here again or recommend this brand. I am at a loss for why a brand would treat a customer this way and am just stuck with a misfitting shoe for no reason other than horrible customer service.

Super friendly and helpful customer service! They (1) helped me find a specific type of boot, (2) pulled another pair of shoes from the stockroom when one I wanted was unavailable in my size, and (3) took the time to polish the boots before putting them in the shopping bag. BOGO $20 was a great deal, too.

They have very nice collection of shoes. The employee there is super friendly and helpful. He helped us with some suggestions and also was order to help place an order for a size they did not have in store. It is easy to recommend this place.

I never owned a pair of Clarks Shoes until the two pair I purchased this past wknd; And WOW!! I have worn them Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday and they are by far the best shoes I have ever wore/owned. It's not just how comfortable they are to walk in BUT they are actually helping a muscle issue I have dealt with for years!

Great selection of shoes styles. I found a pair of fur-lined black leather winter dress boots. And a soft black leather pair of penny loafers. Customer service was fantastic also. They didn't have the boots in my size. so he called and ordered them from another store to be shipped directly to my house at no additional charge. The only thing I would say is that because it's an outlet they had limited sizes for each style of shoe remaining in stock.
