I walked in and stared filling out the questionnaire at the front door and before I could type my first name in an associate approached me and asked me what I needed help with. We have been with Verizon since August of 2003 and this Verizon store has superior customer service over any other Verizon store we have ever been in! We travel the extra distance to come here. We have been working with Eric for the past week. We originally came in to purchase new phones.We kept him after hours twice and he even came in on a day off to assist us.
