Connor helped me. They didn't have the phone I wanted when I was in a pinch. He thought outside the box and found it at another store. I'd thought I had gotten lucky how easily the whole process was.. Only thing you might look out for, is no one bothered to tell me the $700 credit you get is slowly given to you over 36 months. If you don't keep Verizon that whole time, you don't get that month by month credit, AND you're taxed on the full price of the phone. Oh, and these people aren't accountable to anyone, or at least that's what they say if you question the situation. If I was this dishonest in my job, I'd lose my professional licenses. Buyer beware. Read everything.

I was trying to surprise my wife with an Apple Watch and had some questions on how to get it done without her knowing because we are not on the same plan. Bryan Denison gave me all the info I needed and even though they didn't have the watch in stock atm, he offered me the same level service as if he were going to get the sale and made sure I knew all of my options and all the locations that may have it in stock. I appreciate his time and knowledge. Solid 5 stars.

We have been with Verizon since August of 2003 and this Verizon store has superior customer service over any other Verizon store we have ever been in! We travel the extra distance to come here. We have been working with Eric for the past week. We originally came in to purchase new phones.We kept him after hours twice and he even came in on a day off to assist us. We appreciate the personal, in person customer service. Keep up the good work. You definitely have our business.

Had a problem with Apple Watch not working separately from iPhone even though we were paying extra to have operate separately Matthew and Angel worked relentlessly on it and solved the problem. During the whole process the employees were super friendly, courteous and professional. There was no pressure to purchase anything but we do plan to come back the next time we need any item simply due to the awesome service

Horrible Experience. Bought an IPhone 13 a few weeks back, the “last one in stock” I was told, and it was defective. Went into the store to resolve the issue (2 weeks later because I went on vacation day after getting phone), and they basically tried a simple phone reset to fix it, and when that (obviously) didn’t work, rather then exchanging my phone in store (which is what they state they will do) they just nonchalantly told me I had to go through Apple corporate to get it resolved. So, did that and Had to have a phone sent to me in the mail, and had to send the old one back through the mail within 5 days or would be charged full price for the replacement phone. Bit the Icing on the cake and the reason I’m reviewing: when I went in to get the replacement phone activated, they could care less that I had already purchased a brand new, expensive screen protector for the defective phone I bought, and made me pay for a brand new replacement screen protector in store if I wanted one….. Moral of the Story: Go to an actual Verizon store if you’re dealing with Verizon, not “Cellular Sales. ”

New building about 20 blocks south of the old location. Located in the Eastern parking area of Sam's club, and the only entrance/egress is at the stoplight to Sam's. Place is kind of sterile, and they definitely do not have the selection or display that the Barry Rd location has. Service was fast and friendly enough to get most any issue fixed.
