Very very poor service if I had a option I would not give them a star at all and would not take my box that I was bring back to the store when I should of never got the box in the first place and the workers was in the wrong Security walked me out of the store I call customer service with spectrum and put a complete in The store workers need more training Do not come to this store and stay away from them and use caution with them

My wife sent me on a mission to exchange a modem box today and it went super smooth. I walked in and stared filling out the questionnaire at the front door and before I could type my first name in an associate approached me and asked me what I needed help with. I was in and out of that store within 5 minutes. Super clean as well!

South Park did an episode on how horrible cable companies are, and Spectrum is somehow worse than that. This is the worst company to deal with in literally every regard. The literally make me contemplate suicide every time i have to deal with them.

Literally their service is not capable of 24hrs straight of functionality. Expect to pay significant cost for services they fail to provide too. For what they charge and how often it fails to work all I can say is spectrum is a scam.

The company as a whole is very inefficient, overpriced and will tell you anything to get you off the phone or out of a chat. Not only will you hold for up to an hour to get help but they won't help and it takes multiple attempts to get anything resolved because of their inaction or lies.

Spectrum could not transfer service to my new address. After 4 hours on the phone being transfered I finally was able to cancel service. A month later, a rude woman called me asking me to confirm my personal information because I had been sent to collections for not returning my equipment. I checked my online account and showed a balance of $0. I checked my email and mail and only had junk mail from them promoting services I did not want. They disclosed my personal information and dropped my credit score 100 points right before I applied for student loans with NO NOTICE. I have always paid them what I owed in a timely manner. Very unprofessional, inconvient, and frankly not fair. They have no problem contacting me multiple times a week for promos, but can't even email me before they send my supposed $0 account to collections. Cancelling service was so inconvient, I will never work with spectrum ever again!! Customer service at the store could not confirm if they had infact sent me to collections. I do not appreciate them sending my info to a third party with out at least informing me or being able to confirm if the collection calls were legitimate.
