I went in here today. The store is fine, but it was way too warm in there. Maybe the AC is just broken, which, fine. But if that's a choice you need to fix it. I had to leave.

I was a customer at the Stonebriar store back in May of this year. I wanted to shout out one of your employees LEX, who is absolutely AMAZING! She is almost like family to us! I always come to this store with my husband because I literally have no fashion sense at all. It Is a running joke that I choose all the clothes I like first, and then I have a meltdown about the way they look on my body. My husband takes over from there and picks clothes he likes ( I always end up loving them!), and we both leave the store happy campers! During one of my meltdowns, Lex explained to me that she understands how I feel and that sometimes shopping is not easy. She was so compassionate and encouraging and someone that you need on the team! My husband and I have planned a trip to Florida soon and I knew exactly who I was running too! Lex literally picked every garment I bought while taking my insecurities into mind. Employees like this are how a company builds its name. I would like to personally ask you to reach out to her and let her know how phenomenal she is! She deserves her own store!!! I will continue to shop with this company because of individuals like herself! LEX FOR PRESIDENT!!!! It seems in today’s society that a lot of focus goes towards the negative reviews instead of the life-changing ones that happen right in front of people's faces!

I got wrong directions from maps, goggle and the store, a sorry almost 1 hr. driving around wasting gas. VERY FRUSTRATING. Will go to McKinney Lane Bryant now, not Frisco !!

This place was so great! The employees were beyond helpful to me, a plus size lower maintenance lady who hadn't gotten a decent new bra in around 10 years, and they got me all fixed up. One of my favorites wasn't in stock in my size during the half off sale, but they placed on order for it to be sent to my house for free shipping AND with the half off! 😭 I feel like a lady again in the gorgeous bras, and I managed to find a very cute jumpsuit for my sister's upcoming wedding.

Try the clothes on before you buy them, the sizes are different than most others. I think they want the big girls to have high self esteem.

Always find good quality plus sized clothing at lane Bryant. Its pricier than other stores, but does cater to us curvier girls.

Love their clothes and prices, but the best feature of this particular location is their service! The associates are friendly, helpful and attentive, and they make it a point to call you by name. One of my absolute favorite places to shop.

The store is very well organized, easy to navigate. Angel was VERY helpful and just as his name promises. He was helping multiple guest but I did not at all feel neglected. He made good suggestions for solutions to guests I can tell there is product knowledge which has been missing from shopping experience in recent years. So yes go to this Lane Bryant for a positive experience.

Meant to just pop in the other night and ended up in there well past closing time and the two ladies helping me were fabulous help! I could not apologize enough for being in there so late and they were so kind and understood my need for what i was purchasing to fit just right. I ended up with some really cute bracelets on top of two great shirts!!! Thank you so much for making shopping (which I hate to do) such a great experience! You don’t get that anymore!

I really like this one location. For one, they hire all types of people (woman and men), which is nice to see. Their employees were all warm and super helpful. It was one of the better shopping experiences I've had.
