A lot of people use apps that require the user to scan the receipt to receive cash back or points. They never seem to put new ink in their printers so the receipt is unreadable. You can't even scan the QR code for their current Tom Thumb promotion.

This location is ALWAYS freezing! They have a good selection of exotic fruits. The meat prices are good. Everything else is overpriced.

I really enjoy this location! It's clean, check out is quick, and the food is always fresh. I prefer buying meat and seafood from this location. I have yet to be disappointed. It is not a crowded location and I am able to shop as needed and I'm in and out in no time. I highly recommend this Tom Thumb!

I ordered a strawberry cake 3 days ago for pickup at noon today for a kids birthday party. I received a call from Tom Thumb at 9am the day of pickup, informing me that they can’t make the cake because they don’t have the ingredients. The 1 star rating isn’t bc they don’t have the ingredients, it’s bc they waited 3 days and informed me 3 hours before the party that they cannot make it. It’s definitely not a place I would depend on again to make a cake.

Just moved here and I love this store. Well laid out, fresh produce and products, good selection of products. The deli and bakery are amazing, love the prepackaged meals ready to heat up too. The cashiers, managers, and everyone is helpful and polite. .

Shopped here last week and was disgusted by the packaged meat. The meat department didn’t even think about draining the blood from this nasty looking chicken before packaging it. Shame on you Tom Thumb.
