I stopped by on a Friday afternoon to mail two packages - one international and one domestic. Service was top notch! There was no wait, and the staff was so friendly. Also, the location is really nice since it's located in the same building as the Frisco Public library. The post office is a small room that has envelopes, stamps, and anything else you would need for basic mailing/shipping. Best post office experience that I have ever had!

Had a great experience with this USPS. Customer service was very nice. The lady at the front was professional, knowledgeable and fast. Will be back in the future plus this location is pretty close to my home.

In general ill say this for all usps your horrible! i was supposed to receive a gift from a family member it never came it was supposedly delivered. The website said to wait one day i did just that. I filed a claim the next day i did that 3 times on the 3rd time I finally spoke to someone. They cant help me its considered a lost item because its been a month they cant do anything . Even tho I filled multiple complaints and called

Two ladies at the front helped me quick, easy, and kind. I didn't know there was a post office here, so i got some mail done and some studying down in one stop. :-)

Visited 10/3/2018 just before 2pm to ship 2 packages. It is a small office inside the City Hall office. There was no line. But what made the visit perfect was the outstanding service and care. The clerk pointed out that one of my boxes was a flat rate box and since what I am shipping is very light, it would be cheaper to use a different size box but non flat rate. She helped me re-boxed and shipped it as it should be. Thank you Postal Service. Keep up the good work.

First of all I was nothing but polite, and mannered. They said that it would take 20 mins?!?!? To box up and bubble rap my expensive package?!? Simply tells me, “be back in 20 mins”. Doesn’t take my number anything. Very unsatisfied with fedex, I will never be shipping with them again. Go to usps were customer service is top priority. Jeez.
