So, It was a definite pain due to I was switching from straight talk to Verizon BUT all the staff here were very knowledgeable, very patient, and extremely friendly. I highly recommend 👌 P.S. I also had my wild child with me and they never seemed annoyed or rushed and even gave her stuff to play with!

I was aggravated about not being able to find a battery for my phone, was even told that I pretty much needed a new phone from another store, was sent to Potosi, thinking I was gonna end up having to buy a new phone , when I was informed that the young lady from the Potosi store could actually send off for me a new battery, so I was extremely happy and excited that I in the end didn't have to spend extra money that I really didn't have to begin with for another phone... She was sweet, helpful, and explained things to me , that even a gal that hates technology could even understand...lol..and was happy that she had some extra chargers , in the back that I needed... Over all ... Great customer service friendly attitude and went above and beyond to help me .... From now on I I believe that this is where I will go from now on...

Even helped me with extra stuff like helping me figure out what phone I wanted, got me transfered over from cricket, and even helped my friend with the Verizon app and when he got stuck she called the help desk and got it fixed for me before we left the store!!
