Amy was fantastic! Very nice and helped out so much! Even helped me with extra stuff like helping me figure out what phone I wanted, got me transfered over from cricket, and even helped my friend with the Verizon app and when he got stuck she called the help desk and got it fixed for me before we left the store!!
