Drove half an hour today, Saturday, to get cell service. Based on this site they were open. Got to the front door and it said store hours are Monday thru Friday only!

Very busy, and only 2 cust serv folks. Not familiar w the area, so took even longer. Good job, but slower than it should have been.

Be aware when using Charter services. They are billed as a subscription service, so if your billing cycle is on 1/1 and you cancel services due to a move or something like that on 1/2, you have to pay the full amount for that month regardless of whether or not you use the service or not. Bad business model in my opinion.

Some of the equipment isn't of the greatest quality, but the people there are friendly and more than happy to replace it for you. If you have an inside service plan (highly recommended) they will come to your home and take care of it.

The local charter office manages a significantly large account for our family’s business locally. Recently, and error was put into their system and it charged us a significantly large amount. They communicated the problem is fixed and then we received a letter from a collections agency. We were then backed into a corner, if we did not pay collections then charter was going to cancel our services and shut or phone number down. Mind you, this is all within a two month time span and over a refusal for us to pay a charge that should’ve never incurred. Also, we were under the impression that our representative took care of it. We had to eat some humble pie and just pay the fee to collections so that we didn’t put ourselves in an even worse position. This is a mistake that shouldn’t have happened and now we are the ones paying for it… For now.

Worst internet service I have EVER had. The WiFi constantly goes out, we have changed the routers 3 times now. We have had multiple technicians and supervisors come out to fix the issue and it never works. We pay a full months bill for the internet to work not even 2 weeks out of the month. They gave us a credit of 5 dollars for over 4 months of issues. Pathetic company who only wants your money when they barely provide a service. My next step is getting ahold of BBB.
