12:00 appointment. Checked in at 11:59 for Covid shot. Waited 30 minutes. Pharmacists was arrogant. Complained that he was busy and I just had to wait. No apology. If there was an apology I would have been fine.

Pharmacy was supposed to open at 9. Waited 25 minutes and still not open. No one who worked there seemed to care.

The pharmacist needs sensitivity training. I ordered 8 free at home covid test kits on the CVS website using my health insurance coverage. I received the text instructing me to pick up my order. He actually had the nerve to talk about me within earshot and express suspicion as to why I needed so many and suggested I intended to sell them. I am infuriated by this. My elderly mother just tested positive for covid so I legitimately need the tests. It's not like the cost is coming out of his paycheck. I'm just shocked at the pharmacists' unprofessionalism and lack of sensitivity. He basically accused me of criminal activity within earshot of other customers, it was humiliating.

This is by far the worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to. Every time I have to pick up a prescription I wait 30+ minutes and they never have my medication in stock. I will have all my medications transferred to another location, or a different pharmacy for that matter. I miss the Walgreens that was next door. Speedy service & always have my medicine in stock.

I love this CVS! everyone is just so helpful, exp the pharm! I have moved almost an hour away and I still drive here a few times a month just so I dont have to go anywhere else, I couldn't see leaving them!

The pharmacy was the worst one I have ever been to. When we got there they saw us but did not say anything. took them 10 minutes to service us. But they have good food and stuff like that so that is the reason this is not a 1 star review.

No stars should be given!!!! Try calling the pharmacy and no one answers. Who does business like this??? Three times I tried the store and all three times they said the would make sure they get me to someone in pharmacy. Once she hung up on me and the other times I was back where I started......NOWHERE!!! Absolutely horrible. I' done with CVS in Manalapan

Great pharmacy! All the staff members are so friendly and helpful. My insurance wouldn't cover the medication asking for a prior authorization, and the pharmacists went above and beyond to make my insurance cover it. They reached out to the doctor for me kept me informed of what was happening every step of the way, and after much arguments with the insurance company, it finally went through! This is my number 1 pharmacy and highly recommended it to anyone who wants personal attention!

Horrible. Back when Nick and Judy and Diana were the pharmacists, the pharmacy was great. The new pharmacists are horrible. They are rude and don't care about the customer's. Not only that, they mess up the medications! One of my first experiences with the new pharmacists, I was getting needles for my medication to inject muscularly. They gave me the wrong needles that were subcutaneously, meaning they only went under the skin. They were too short to reach the muscle! The medication was wasted and did nothing for me. They are so incompetant, I have to keep calling to see if they did the correct thing with the insurance and prior authorization. They always mess up my birth control. And the worst of it? Nobody ever says sorry. They act indignant. Sorry goes a long way. Please bring back pharmacists who knew what they are doing and how to handle their techs.

Was there this afternoon, no one was at check out, called around for help, waited a couple of minutes, a lady appeared from outside. Never apologized for making me wait but gave me some nonsense about how we could all learn to be more patient..... If you want to wait for bad service go to CVS, otherwise Walgreens is across the street
