The pharmacist needs sensitivity training. I ordered 8 free at home covid test kits on the CVS website using my health insurance coverage. I received the text instructing me to pick up my order. He actually had the nerve to talk about me within earshot and express suspicion as to why I needed so many and suggested I intended to sell them. I am infuriated by this. My elderly mother just tested positive for covid so I legitimately need the tests. It's not like the cost is coming out of his paycheck. I'm just shocked at the pharmacists' unprofessionalism and lack of sensitivity. He basically accused me of criminal activity within earshot of other customers, it was humiliating. ~J
