LabCorp
I have read every review posted here as of June 28, 2022. I have been a patient visiting this lab location for at least ten years. Most negative experiences I encountered were pre-pandemic. The biggest challenge this location has appeared to have is/was insufficient staffing. Even up until late 2021, there still appeared to be a staffing shortage. In my opinion, operations have improved significantly since the end of 2021/early 2022. Today, there were two technicians checking in patients, while the phlebotomists were at work seeing patients. The facility appeared clean. My phlebotomist was great and she followed proper safety protocol. I arrived at 6:30am without an appointment, and was out the door by 7:00am. Patients were being checked in quickly, mainly by the kiosks. However, there appeared to be a glitch in the self check-in program as it was telling patients that "something went wrong" with check-in and to proceed to the front desk, which caused some minor confusion. That aside, the technicians were courteous and professional. They disclosed to me what tests might not be covered by insurance so I knew in advance. I can't speak to the specific negative experiences some reviewers have had. I assume LabCorp has an independent auditor scrutinizing their operations. Even if they don't, diagnostic laboratories are subject to numerous audits by multiple federal regulatory agencies, as well as Medicare and Medicaid and commercial insurers. The biggest issue I see with the LabCorp locations I have visited is space. The amount of patients at any time can cause some chaos and confusion. I think these locations would be better served if they could reevaluate their queuing and check-in procedures to help make things flow smoother and more efficiently. Overall, a painless experience. 👍 ~D
Rx Express Pharmacy
Awesome people! Very friendly, very helpful, very caring. Highly recommend. I’ve been using them for almost as long as they’ve been open and I won’t go anywhere else. Irina, Helen, Benjamin, and Tamara are fantastic! ~Mike
Starbucks
The staff works hard and as diligently as one might given the behavior of the over privileged under tipping pedestrian behavior from those that frequent this incredibly busy location. My wife and I are alway greeted warmly and with respect. 95% the drinks are accurate and the order precise. The lot is tight, the long drive thru line onto a busy highway is both awkward dangerous and irresponsible but hey coffee and capitalism 😉 ~Reynaldo
Rook Coffee
For all the hype, I was expecting something different, maybe less flavors, more origins, but they did make me a decent cup of coffee. No complaints. ~Zach
Your Digital Handyman, LLC
Ray showed up hours after I called and had my dryer fixed in no time, at a fair price. He took the dryer apart, replaced the thermal sensor, cleaned up the housing and outside air duct, and gave me advice on how to keep it running well for years to come. I will definitely be calling him again, should I need any other appliances fixed. ~Ricardo
ANDEE PLAZA PHARMACY
Best pharmacy around! Support a family run small business and take your prescription needs to Andees! I never realized how mistreated we were while going to Walgreens, or other big corporations. Andees always lets it be known how much they appreciate our business, and I am grateful in return for their service! ~Christina
Fred's Auto Body
I was met with excellent customer service and received great work on my car. Fred does a stellar job with auto body repair for a reasonable price. 5 stars!! ~Lauren
Quick Chek
Not sure why I keep trusting this place. Do yourself a favor and drive another 10 minutes down the road to Wawa. I had a simple order for a wrap with bacon and if you’re going to charge me a dollar for bacon at least put it in the wrap. Wrap also came out poorly made, I keep telling myself I’m going to stop getting food from their deli but I think I’m fully convinced now. Unreal. ~Michael
CVS
The pharmacist needs sensitivity training. I ordered 8 free at home covid test kits on the CVS website using my health insurance coverage. I received the text instructing me to pick up my order. He actually had the nerve to talk about me within earshot and express suspicion as to why I needed so many and suggested I intended to sell them. I am infuriated by this. My elderly mother just tested positive for covid so I legitimately need the tests. It's not like the cost is coming out of his paycheck. I'm just shocked at the pharmacists' unprofessionalism and lack of sensitivity. He basically accused me of criminal activity within earshot of other customers, it was humiliating. ~J
