Came down here to cool down a bit and this place is so hot inside. I don't know if they are saving electricity but it feels like 80F!! This was not the first time.

The staff works hard and as diligently as one might given the behavior of the over privileged under tipping pedestrian behavior from those that frequent this incredibly busy location. My wife and I are alway greeted warmly and with respect. 95% the drinks are accurate and the order precise. The lot is tight, the long drive thru line onto a busy highway is both awkward dangerous and irresponsible but hey coffee and capitalism 😉

If their drinks weren't so good, I would not keep coming back because their service is horrendous. I got there at my estimated pick up time and watched the girl make my drink. She then proceeded to put in on the counter with three other drinks behind a plastic shield and kept making more drinks. She looked at me and another man standing there waiting but never once acknowledged us. I was trying to be patient but after nearly five minutes of looking at my drink behind this divider, I asked for my drink. She then proceeded to call over another girl who came over to take the drinks from behind the divider and put them on the pickup table one by one after reading out each name with mine being last. This location is absolutely crazy with their Covid policys and it makes the experience just miserable. They still don't do in person ordering after nearly two years. Just last week they were not even letting people in the store to pick up their drinks and you had to stand outside to wait for someone to answer the door..

they always close 15 minutes before they close, i called ahead and they said they close at 2, i even said if i came at 1:50 if they would take my order and they said yes. i got there and this lady started putting cones to close the drive through and locked the doors at 1:47. everyone else in line was also complaining how they called in. if you close at 2 your meant to take orders until 2. awful staff and employees.

This Starbucks location stands out from the rest. The staff here are amazing. They take the time to get to know their customers and their specific drinks. If I'm not at home I will go out of my way to visit them before heading to any of the other local stores. Considering I order twice a day, they have proven to be consistent in preparing my sometimes off the wall coffee requests. If you're just looking for a great coffee they are fantastic, if you are looking for a welcoming, warm and outstanding experience then this location is a must visit.

This Starbucks location stands out from the rest. The staff here are amazing. They take the time to get to know their customers and their specific drinks. If I'm not at home I will go out of my way to visit them before heading to any of the other local stores. Great coffee and friendly staff but it's incredibly loud (not a great place to study/work). Even difficult just to talk (you have to yell for anyone to even hear you). Seems like it's a mess all over too (straws, trash, etc all over the place) I would give a 4 for the coffee and staff but a 1.5 for the atmosphere

my wife comes here every morning and gets her grande dark roast with cream. we have been regulars here for a few years and have been coming almost everyday. within the past month or so this store has gone DOWN HILL to say the least. When they had the older male as manager I saw laughing, clean parking lots, happy customers as well as workers, a clean store, and better tasting drinks if im going to be honest. they changed management over the past few months and our family has noticed the decline in workers attitudes, workers we used to know and grew fondly of no longer working there, the store always seems to be a mess with flies all over the cart with food in it as well as other bugs all over the place. when we called the store to tell the manager about the issue, she gave my wife a hard time about information for contacting the person above her. not only is the inside of the store a nightmare, the drivethru is no better. expect to be waiting in line for at least 15 minutes and after your long wait for possibly the simplest drink a plain coffee, somehow, you will end up receiving an iced drink with no explanation as to how they messed up the order so bad. I attached some pictures of the MESS in this store so every other customer can start going to Dunkin next store where they dont have flies and poor management.

Just left there. Was 1st out three customers. But my drink was made last. Liquid sugar was not added as you can see I was suppose to get it. Will not come here again. To many Starbucks to go to with better service. #starbuck.
