I initially gave this store 1/5 starts due to an awful customer service experience. However, I was surprisingly taken back by the level of respect and care provided by Yuri and Anthony today. They both went out of their way to accommodate my family and address their needs. It is a testament to the store's ability to change and provide quality service. I will return and recommend it to others!

He helped me set up a new phone plan quick and easy and offered me an AMAZING deal on a Google Pixel 6 that I honestly couldn't refuse. Super friendly dude, he even put my phone screen protector on for me. I couldn't recommend him more for your customer service needs. He makes me more than happy to have T-Mobile as my service provider.
