I personally love anthropology and the quality love the fashion. I typically have a great shopping experience, however the StoneBriar mall women that work behind the counter…. Specifically the younger girls - hurting the reputation. The last visit, the gal that was intended to help, lol ….. she was more interested in what her fellow employees were gossiping about, than helping me look up my membership. I decided it wasn’t worth it to stand there any longer for the discount - thankfully her crazy eyebrows kept me distracted long enough to pay and get the heck out of there. Aggregating. That’s the third time I have been in there and the gals are behind the counter chatting. They don’t even acknowledge guest walking in, forget anyone asking if you need anything I wouldn’t be surprised if they have issues w/ shoplifting. Anywho- great products, Just don’t expect anyone to pay attention.

This is a smaller store than the one I'm used to shopping out.

Remove your google listing if you are not in the mall anymore. Your file listing shows that you are open at Willow Bend mall. If you care about customer fix your listing.

My favorite shop. Every time I come to USA I enjoy visiting Anthropology and buying the special clothes and accessories. Hopefully one day the store in Israel will reopen.

Very uncaring customer service. We waited an exorbitant amount of time because the clerks were talking to the customers as the line built up. However when we paid the friendly bubbly was absent. She even apologized to the people behind us for the long wait. We waited much much longer. I think they did not appreciate African american customers. We were the only ones in the store.

Although the store itself is an amazing experience, inviting, very calming, clean. The merchandise is over priced and pretentious to say the least. It's designed and masked as an earthy, natural store but the reality is it's just a front with corporate price gouged products. If you want to pay appropriate prices for unique items of great quality, shop at a small local business and support them instead.

Anthropologie is one of my favorites for unique clothing, accessories, and home goods. I usually find things I like here, and the service is always very good. On my last trip in store, which was in early September, I was looking for a fall wedding guest dress, but clothing was still pretty summery overall. Even though their current advertising is for fall clothing, none of that was in store. I was disappointed because I really hoped to try on several dresses to find proper sizing (many of their brands run large). I found what I needed at Nordstrom Rack. I will continue to shop at Anthro, though.
