So I went into the store to exchange a pair of leggings and this girl helped me out she was super sweet but didn’t get her name. She had said goodbye to me as I was walking out the door. It was September 16 on a Friday 2022 around 6. Felt nice that she made me feel welcomed at the store

I came into the store in hopes of finding my friend a nice birthday present and was assisted by Ifrah! She was very enthusiastic and helpful as soon as I walked in. She gave me so many great options and found exactly the types of products I was looking for. Such friendly staff overall, I will definitely shop more at this location.

My friends and I came in on tax free weekend to do some shopping, we were assisted my Nyah. She was absolutely wonderful. She was very attentive, hardworking, knowledgeable and kind. As someone who has worked in customer service, she is the perfect example of how to deal with customers and how to make a shopping experience unforgettably wonderful. Lululemon got a wonderful employee in nyah! I will be returning to this location for her!

Do you guys ever answer your phones?? It’s ridiculous how you ignore customers phone calls. Lululemon! Do you see all these bad reviews over this location?? I wish corporate would address this, because this one location is putting bad reputation for the whole company. I drive miles away from home to go visit other stores even though this one is closest. Pretty sad.

Great lulu location. Excellent selection. Extremely helpful staff. Does get quite busy given location, but shopping is easy & comfortable due to staff and store environment. Ifrah in particular was extremely helpful! She was able to answer all of my questions, offered to set aside the merchandise I had already selected, and was prompt in completing my online order so that I didn’t wait around too long.

Rude cashier, rude manager. It used to be better. Unbalanced military discount by Lulu that only works for active duty families, not veteran families. I guess my husband risking his life flying missions during the Gulf War was not good enough. Lulu your clothes are overpriced and not always the best quality, but I still like them, for some reason.However, I won't be coming back and spending my money here, back to Athleta I will go!

Staff here is passive aggressive and won’t honor the warranty on their products because it’s “normal wear”. I have owned multiple lulu joggers and the fact that the one I bought in April of 2022 started pilling couple of weeks into ownership is considered “normal wear” is crazy to me. Train your retail staff and take care of your customers or you will lose the business to other premium sportswear companies.
