The insight gained through the foot scan an gait analysis was very helpful. Eric Zeitler was very informative and courteous throughout his brainstorming and collecting of shoe options for me. All other staff members who interacted with me were also courteous and helpful.

Absolutely the best shoe shopping experience I have had. You must go here if you want to get the right fit for your feet! They do a digital measurement and then email you the results. They also go over the results and tell you the best fit for your feet. They don’t push anything on to you. It was great and I will definitely be back with the rest of the family to get an accurate fit for all!

The attention I received in the store was above and beyond anything I expected. I’ve had a lot of foot pain and the sales associate helped me find just what I needed. 10/10 would highly recommend this store. The staff is extremely knowledgeable, professional and help you select the proper shoe for your needs. I bought my first pair of Hokas here and had to return them for a smaller size, the guys were absolutely great, no hassles, very accommodating. I will be returning for future shoes!

I went in with my friend to get new running shoes and the overall experience was 10/10. The service is such a personalized experience. I really enjoyed how Will took the time to scan both our feet and bring multiple shoe options. He answered all of our questions thoroughly and was so kind through out the process. The store is clean and they even offer refreshments. They also have social runs which is a great way to get into a running community. I highly recommend Fleet Feet for veteran runners and new beginners.
