High prices and small selection, but it is a smaller, specialty store geared towards high performance work shoes and boots so it makes sense. Cordial and knowledgeable staff made the process smooth. Nice selection of shoes that don't compromise on aesthetics while still getting the job done. Would recommend if in the market for work boots

NOTE: Hours on Google aren’t always updated/correct. They’re currently closed Sunday, M-F 10:00-6:00, Sat 10:00-5:00. Every 3-6 months-ish, I drop off my Iron Rangers here to get conditioned! Sometimes it takes 15-30 minutes, sometimes a full day, but the staff have always been kind, courteous, and prompt. 😊

Well first thing when you go in it is a very small selection. There was no customizing your shoe experience that they talk about online . Never was even offered to have my feet scanned on this supposedly amazing technology. Tried talking to the guy about shoes for walking on concrete all day. But he was not interested and what I had to say. He takes me to a pair of boots. I said looking for the shoes are these the only two kinds you have. Takes me to another then another boot. You know only 300 dollar stuff. Must be on commission because he could care less about what you want, just what was most expensive. Not what they say they are online at all. Just a small shoe store with small selection.

Had a good experience here. They were very patient going through different selections with me and I got some boots that should last for years. Employees seem knowledgeable and were very patient with me. Much appreciated

I came here looking for a pair of safety toe boots. I found a couple of pairs I liked and asked one of the employees if I could try the boot in a wide. The employee went into the back and got the boot on a regular width. I couldn't put the boot on my foot. The employee proceeded to tell me she brought me a regular width boot for me to try on first. The employees here don't listen to the customer at all. And this right here shows it. I will not be coming back to this location.

I will stick to your Lewisville store. Came in and spent 10 mins even without a hello on not so busy day. Not all red wings stores are equal. Will take my money where it's appreciated.

The store was very clean and the sales person was very friendly and helpful. This is the first time I have purchased Red Wing shoes and my impression is that they are mostly geared to the building trades and other lines of work that require toe protection. I didn't need steel toe boots but was able to identify a pair of boots that do not have extra toe protection that I liked. We struggled to identify a set of inserts that worked for my wide feet but we finally found a set. My takeaway, the footwear seems to be well made and because of that a little more expensive. If the boots I purchased last for years then it will be worth the price.

Came in to look at the moc toes and Claire helped me out. Tried on 2 different sizes but unfortunately neither fit the way I would have liked them to. But, I wanted to write a review and say she was great. I typically see bad reviews on certain businesses and feel like people don’t always leave a review when they have a positive experience. I’d like to hope I can eventually find the fit that will work. Thanks Claire for being so helpful and patient!
