I traveled a little further outside of where I live to go shopping today. I must say that I’m glad I stopped here. I met Kayla and Barbara today. They were so pleasant and GENUINE. You could tell that they cared about the store and about what they do. They demonstrated such a spirit of excellence that is so hard to come by when it comes to customer service. I appreciate that they genuinely asked me how my day was and then waited for my reply. By time I left I felt as if I had been shopping there for years. Their customer service is such a rare thing to encounter. I will definitely bypass the stores near me to shop at this location again!

I had been having trouble finding womens wide width aqua shoes and decided to try a men's shoe. Barbara was very helpful and found two styles for me to try. I purchased one of them.

Terrible customer service from the manager himself. While at checkout, he was talking to an associate in the middle of my transaction. I’m polite, otherwise I would’ve walked out without doing any purchasing.

I was a little disappointed by a recent purchased at this location. My daughter wanted some shoes so bad that we place the order online and it was ready quick, but when we arrived I was asked if I had purchased the second pair of shoes since they were 1/2 off. I said no because I did not know about the deal, but if we could do it right there. The employees response was "yes, but it will be a lot of work to returned and then processed the new purchased." I just said never mind. I know it was my fault for not knowing but her attitude was not a great customer service.

Today I went to this location today (last minute) because I needed to buy shoes for 9 family members in Mexico and all I had were the Mexican shoes sizes. But I was lucky enough that the sales lady (Joanne) was working. She helped me look up the US sizes for the shoes I needed. She wrote them the sizes down and walked around the store with me and helped me so much! I found all the shoes I needed and I couldn’t have done it with out the help of Joanne. THANK YOU AGAIN JOANNE FOR ALL YOUR HELP!! (I hope you see this)
