6 Best shoe store in Plano, Texas (TX) 2024

I traveled a little further outside of where I live to go shopping today. I must say that I’m glad I stopped here. I met Kayla and Barbara today. They were so pleasant and GENUINE. You could tell that they cared about the store and about what they do. They demonstrated such a spirit of excellence that is so hard to come by when it comes to customer service. I appreciate that they genuinely asked me how my day was and then waited for my reply. By time I left I felt as if I had been shopping there for years. Their customer service is such a rare thing to encounter. I will definitely bypass the stores near me to shop at this location again! ~The

I went in with my friend to get new running shoes and the overall experience was 10/10. The service is such a personalized experience. I really enjoyed how Will took the time to scan both our feet and bring multiple shoe options. He answered all of our questions thoroughly and was so kind through out the process. The store is clean and they even offer refreshments. They also have social runs which is a great way to get into a running community. I highly recommend Fleet Feet for veteran runners and new beginners. ~Breanna

High prices and small selection, but it is a smaller, specialty store geared towards high performance work shoes and boots so it makes sense. Cordial and knowledgeable staff made the process smooth. Nice selection of shoes that don't compromise on aesthetics while still getting the job done. Would recommend if in the market for work boots ~Y

All staff were so friendly and helpful with our ballet shoe selection! They have a range of gear from young children to adult. I’m confident you can find anything you’re looking for - slippers, leotards, tights. This place has it all! ~Noel

Once Upon a Child is great!!! You cannot expect to get tons for your items but also wa t to buy them dirt cheap. I am always happy with what they offer and think of it like it's way more than you would get at a garage sale for very little effort. They carry quality items and we have saved a ton buying there too. This store carries great stuff compared to other locations!!!! ~Katherine
