All staff were so friendly and helpful with our ballet shoe selection! They have a range of gear from young children to adult. I’m confident you can find anything you’re looking for - slippers, leotards, tights. This place has it all!

This dance store has unfortunately gone down in quality of customer service since changing management. They aren’t organized and lose orders. There’s a lack of confidence and communication amongst the workers. The customer is wrong when the sellers have lost your merchandise! In addition, lines are very long.

My little girl is new to dance and Sandy's was recommended by her dance teacher. I arrived at the store a couple of minutes after opening. My little boy was with me and when we got out to go inside the door was still locked. No big deal. Lights were on and I saw someone inside, so I called to make sure they still opened at 10. The lady who answered, while not extremely rude, she was definitely not friendly and very dismissive. Just basically said we'll be open soon. She knew I was waiting outside and at 10:15 I decided to leave and take my business elsewhere. If a simple pleasant response and we're running late and need 10 or minutes was provided I would have been more than happy to run another errand and come back. My time is valuable too and there is a lot of competition. I found a wonderful dance store in Richardson with a lovely manager where I will definitely be returning and referring her classmates.

Came all the way from Waco but unknowingly arrived just before closing time on a Saturday and store manager Kim was so amazing! My daughter and I felt so welcomed, not rushed at all and walked out with a brand new pair of point shoes that were perfectly fitted. Thank you so much, Kim, and providing excellent service. We will be back!!!

I went to return some items and was well past their return period. I explained that my husband had lost his job and asked if they would be willing to make an exception. The cashier was so sweet, she happily returned the items and even gave me tips on where my husband could apply for jobs. I highly recommend this place, good people :-)

Great sales! Very helpful staff that prevented me from making a sizing mistake while purchasing some adult ballet outfits. I’ll probably always come here for what I need. I don’t feel embarrassed, either! I will be returning to have pointe shoes fitted because everyone says they are the best at finding the right fit!

These ladies are wonderful. We have dropped in a few times over the years and are always pleased to give them our money. The love of dance... that's what you feel with every encounter. They are friendly, very knowledgeable and actually care. I shop Amazon for almost everything... except dance stuff.

It was my first time coming to the store. I needed black character shoes. The lady who helped me finding the correct shoes was wonderful, very polite, and friendly. However, after she left to help with other customers. The other workers just watched as I stood at the counter waiting for assistance. Not one person asked if I was ready or needed anything. One employee was literally behind the counter when I walked up and she walked away. I waited she comes back to the counter and starts helping other people before me. Finally a guy came and rung up the shoes. I felt ignored some behaved a bit Snooty AGAIN not everyone.
