The store is nice, but I went in to exchange a ring someone bought for me as a gift. I was told I couldn’t exchange it with them, even though the fidget purchased from a verified Pandora retailer. Worst of all they were kind of rude about it being a discontinued item, which I don’t think was necessary. Prob won’t be back here…

Honestly for Pandora being a classy high-end store I am appalled at the customer service I received yesterday. We did come in 30 minutes to close on my birthday, there was only one customer in front of us and I knew exactly what charm I was wanting. There were 3 young girls working; one was helping the customer (Jordan) the other two were counting and getting ready to close. No one greeted us as we walked in, they basically ignored us until Jordan came to ask us what we were interested in when she finished with her customer. I explained what charm I wanted and she pulled that one out. My husband paid in cash and she took the money to the other 2 girls who then laughed and said, “we should have told people we were only accepting credit cards because we already counted the drawers”. Uhm hello we’re standing right here. Super unprofessional and inappropriate, I will not be coming back to this location you can receive better customer service at the Dallas location and I will gladly take my cash there. I felt very unwelcome and uncomfortable. Usually they offer to clean my bracket and other charms and that wasn’t even offered, I didn’t receive a box for the charm, she placed it on the counter and asked how we wanted our receipt, we were then shooed out the door.

Anne and Tyler are fantastic and definitely know about Pandora jewelry! I loved how friendly and inviting they were. I picked out some beautiful pieces. I am extremely happy with the service as well! I got my rings cleaned. I asked if one of them needed cleaning and Anne was so helpful to say no and why she did, definitely helped me learn more about my jewelry. Highly recommend both associates m! They made sure I was satisfied. Personal thank you to both!

Tyler was truly a great help. I explained to Tyler the tarnish that was on my necklace and charm and Tyler took the time to ask me how do I store the jewelry, do I wear the jewelry in the shower, swimming, etc. Tyler stated that Tyler would hand polish my necklace and charm while I shopped at the mall. So off I went shopping 🛍️ and guess what I forgot to go back and get my necklace and charm. First thing the next morning I called and they said they had my jewelry ~ Upon entering the store Tyler says, Hi ~ Welcome back and immediately went to get my jewelry. Tyler gave me clear instructions on how to care for my jewelry. Thank you Tyler for your outstanding customer service and taking care of my jewelry overnight. You are truly appreciated!

I went into the store today probably around 1 or 2 and there was one customer who was checking out with all 3 sales associates helping them. No greeting nothing which is fine I thought they were busy. I walked around the whole store and then was telling my friend what I was wanting to get. The other customer left so it was me and my friend and the 3 associates. The minute I touched something one of them said hey guys welcome in but that was it no how can I help or are you looking for something in particular. Anyways I waited a few more minutes to see if any of them would help me. Not one of them came from back of the store to the front to help me. The first and last time I go to this location. I love Pandora jewelry and so does my family and always receive great service at all the other locations we’ve been to but that was appalling. Do not recommend if you want good service go anywhere but here.

I originally called to check the status on my order because it was over past the deadline for the in-store pickup. I could not get thru to the store so I went to the corporate website. THAT was a bust. Corporate customer service is not worth a nickel. So I went for a hail mary and tried FB. Less than an hour later, I got a call from the store manager apologizing and explaining the delay. Even after my initial contact through FB, Amy and whoever is running their messaging system are much more effective than the big wigs. I thank both of them for their speedy help and they deserve more recognition

I had a good experience here! My visit was brief, because I already had a Pandora ring and just needed to buy a smaller size after losing a ton of weight. The employee who helped me knew exactly which ring I was looking for, quickly picked the perfect size for me, and was super friendly!

Very disappointing service from the store. They literally had no customers today and turned me down for cleaning my bracelet. The lady Tonya was like there are only 2 of us and apparently they were all the way booked. She gave me an appointment of 8th July instead. When she pulled the appointment book there were no cleaning appointments booked on the schedule and apparently they're over booked. Oh well! Also, I understand being busy and had continuously tried calling for over a week. One person must be the same lady even took my number 3 days ago but never ended up calling me to book this appointment. It seems like they don't want to help customers. I told her all of this and she could have been a bit courteous and extended the option of cleaning today but ofcourse she was too busy not wanting to have customers.

Very disappointing with the quality of Pandora Jewelry. My daughter have the bracelet, rings and earrings, and they had all turn dark and lost the shine completely. The representative of Pandora said we have to take it every month for keeping it clean and shine, but who have time to go to the mall every month to clean a piece of Jewelry that cost like gold every month. I think this is absurd. We went to Argentina for a month, and we had to take our Pandora Jewelry out because it turn black and started to cause itchiness. We had spend $300+ in earrings, and more than $2000+ in the bracelets. Its horrible! I will not recommend to buy this... buy gold, same price, better quality.
