Store hours say they close at 8pm. I here at 7:40pm and they are closed. That’s annoying. Lights off and closed gate. Thanks for updating your hours after my post loft! They close at 7pm.

I mostly order my clothes online but whenever I have to return an item at this location or need to find something to wear quickly I never have a problem. The employees are just the right amount of cordial and helpful in my opinion. Not sure what’s wrong with all of these complainers but I don’t particularly like being accosted by sales people when I enter a store and I will ask you for help if I need it, thanks. The only minor gripe I really have is that the employees could be a tad more pleasant during curbside pickups. Yes I know it’s a pain and yes I’m being lazy but since you offer it I’m going to use it once in awhile. Especially on days when driving to the mall is the most energy I can muster and I literally have nothing left to deal with the pretentious a$& hats that frequent the Stonebriar Mall. Other than that, keep up the good work ladies. You all deserve a raise.

I had a wonderful shopping experience. Always have a great experience with LOFT. The girls here were great. They were very friendly and attentive to myself and my friend. We felt very safe and welcomed by all their cleaning and safety measures to protect us. They were so helpful with outfit ideas and suggestions for our upcoming trip. Will definitely continue to shop here with these ladies.

Corporate personnel needs to evaluate the employee service standard as it relates to the staff at this store. I went to make an online return here based on incorrect product detail (color and waterproof capacity) and instead of trying to turn the return into an exchange, the manager and associate told me they liked the color (after I told them it wasn’t as pictured) and that it “worked pretty well” in response to me saying the jacket was not waterproof. This could be an attractive shopping experience of customer service were even marginally better.

Warning to all the ladies- if you’re not 100% in love with your items, DON’T BUY IT! If you try to return items after 30 days, they only issue you store credit, and you lose money! They give you credit at the current sale price (which they didn’t tell me, I had to walk back in and ask why I was only getting $20 credit instead of the $$ that I paid.)

I don’t normally write reviews, but I felt the need to write one for this location. EXTREMELY UNFRIENDLY!!!!! I had a lousy experience the first time I went. So I decided to go again today to see if I would receive the same treatment. Turned out to be just as bad as the first time. NEVER AGAIN GOING THERE!!!’ I do most of my clothes shopping Loft, obviously at other locations, but this one seriously needs close down!

I have never walked into such an unfriendly store before. I went in today with the intention of spending quite a lot of money, as I just accepted a new job. Not one of the SEVERAL employees said a word to me the entire time I shopped around. I smiled, nodded, etc... nothing. I then went to the dressing room and tried on just a few things, as I was already feeling uncomfortable....nothing. I walked out and again, nothing. I walked straight out of the store with the thoughts that whoever these employees are, obviously they are either unhappy or pretentious. Regardless, management has an issue, clearly. I won’t be shopping there. Hoping this is not the values in the rest of the Lofts around Dallas.

They are so RUDE in here. I have never been treated so poorly in a Loft store. They never acknowledged that I was even there. When I went to ring up my purchase the only thing she said to me was what my total would be and it was wrong too. I walked out with no purchases. I'm in disbelief that no one makes the proper changes to have a friendly staff.

I have visited this location many times in addition to Loft Outlet and Ann Taylor. This location by far has the worst customer service. No one greets you or tries to assist. Today, I went in to exchange an online purchase and lady said one word to me the entire time. Very different from Loft outlet and Ann Taylor where service is exceptional. Very frustrating cause I love their clothes service just plain sucks
