Every time I visit this store, the customer service is outstanding. My husband and I were greeted as we entered the store and Keia was very helpful with the specific color and style of scrubs that I was looking for. She told me about a coupon to look up and searched for the clinic I work at on their database to ensure I would get my discount. I enjoy shopping here for my scrubs. Also, side not, I'm glad they moved the store out of the mall, it's so much more convenient to shop there now!

Anabelle and Joyce were so incredibly helpful. I came in to return a set of scrubs and correct a transaction that was done at another location. Not only did they both correct the error with genuine kindness, Anabelle went above and beyond to help me choose another set and a jacket too! Joyce went out of her way to make sure that I understood the transaction that was corrected and how my discounts were missed the first time, she got me the discounts today and made sure that my order gets to me in the most convenient way possible since I live quite far from this location. Their attitude and effort to help me today was something I couldn’t go without bringing attention to. Great store with memorable service. Thank you ladies!

This is my second time visiting this store and everyone is always so friendly and helpful. Today I was helped by Joyce and she is amazing! She was very attentive and so welcoming! They offer plenty of different styles and colors as well. It’s my favorite place to shop for scrubs!

I got my scrubs for Medical City today at the Frisco Location. The store is super clean and organized. Joyce and Megan gave us extremely helpful. Megan, even though she is training, provided amazing customer service. Helped me pick the right brand, checked to make sure I was doing okay.

Joyce is the best! She knows your needs and makes shopping so much easier! She checks everything carefully at checkout in case you picked the wrong size, like I did. The collection at the new location is amazing! All the collections were well organized and so easy to find. Best store to shop for scrubs in Frisco!

This store is so CLEAN AND NEW! I found everything I needed and was helped by two of the most amazing women, Rhonda and Joyce! I got the Joy Jogger scrub bottoms and the Charm scrub top and am in LOVE. From someone who wears Figs I like these MORE! The Scrubs and Beyond scrubs are softer, more flexible, and more comfortable than the Figs I own. I’m so glad I came here! Highly recommend!

I had never ordered scrubs from Scrubs and Beyond before. It was a absolute nightmare trying to order scrubs online and I unfortunately ordered the wrong size. Luckily for me I was able to take my purchased scrubs to a Scrubs and Beyond store and was politely greeted by Ms. Joyce and Annabelle. Once we got into my DIFFICULT online order the correct scrubs were not available to me in the store. So Ms. Joyce went out of her way to find me the next best pair to fit me perfectly! To my surprise the scrubs Ms. Joyce fitted me with were better than any scrubs I have ever had on. So this trip was a ABSOLUTE BLESSING IN DISGUISE!
