They decided to change the operation hours for the DONSA (100% understandable). Couldn’t you place the paper with the new hours on the main door next to the one with the regular hours? Nooo. Lets go ahead and place it on one of the windows and with 1/4 of the size of the paper on the main door.

Always sold out of what I go in for, such as most clothing/uniform items. You would think that for an installation the size of this one that they would have plenty of everything. You’d be wrong to think that. Same problem for 3 years that I’ve been here. You’re better off ordering online, or just getting what you need from another installations store.

Went to go buy a new ribbon rack. I thought I was buying the right one( I was) an employee said that I was buying the wrong one and gave me a new one. I get back and try it on my uniform. WRONG FRICKING RACK. Employees here don’t know their stuff and cost me money. It’s what I get for expecting high quality from the military and it’s stores.

Workers very helpful. Not much else to say tho. It's mostly a walk in, get what you need, get out type of store unless you need help with a dress uniform.

I do not know who is the current manager However today right now it is 17:20 And the store was closed they stated they close at 17:00 on holidays however sense I been here that has never happened and it is not posted outside on the store hours which leads me to believe they closed the store just because they wanted to I know they are civilians but most are prior service which mean they know how they military works and working on post you need to follow the same values. I will be filing a ICE complaint.

I've never had any issue with this store or staff until the two most recent times I have been there. I understand the requirement to limit the amount people in the store at a time, but if there is nothing posted stating how many people can be in the store at once and no employees regulating entrance to the store, I have no idea if I should come in or not. Secondly, the manner in which I was addressed both times was absolutely unacceptable. The gentleman that said I would have to wait outside was ride and pushy. It definitely seemed more like I was being scolded rather than just asked to wait outside. I believe I'll be ordering my uniform items online instead of frequenting this store in the future.
