I wish this location was closer to where I live. It is bigger, cleaner, more organized with better deals. There are more of a variety of items and their baby furniture is inside instead of outside.

I love selling my used kids clothes here. I just make sure everything is washed and looks good. My kids love finding cute clothes and love to buy toys. I was also thrilled to find brand new goggles with a case.

My boys and I have loved coming here for years. We especially have found great deals with toys ($3-5) and books ($1-2), but also love finding good deals with clothing and shoes too!

Once Upon a Child is great!!! You cannot expect to get tons for your items but also wa t to buy them dirt cheap. I am always happy with what they offer and think of it like it's way more than you would get at a garage sale for very little effort. They carry quality items and we have saved a ton buying there too. This store carries great stuff compared to other locations!!!!

Rude employees, hardly took anything i worked hard to drag in with 2 young children. Wasted 2 hours of my day, clothes racks too close together. Horrible selection of boys 18m- 2T, yet they wouldn't take my boys clothes that were use once. I'll use "it's the little things " in McKinney for clothes next time and Donate my stuff, where I can get a write off instead of wasting my time.

Horrible customer service. I asked for a dressing room and was treated rudely I waited in-line for 10 minutes while 3 other employees answered the phone and sorted clothes. The customer in the store comes first, not the phone and not the stock. Won't be back.

Wait clearly says 25-35 minutes. Why give a wait time at all if you prefer people to drop off and come back? I understand you’re busy but don’t set expectations you can’t meet

I’ll start by saying Customer Service is Excellent! Great place to Buy not sell!! Not quite sure of what they go by specifically and I wasn’t expecting much profit either but out of 100 plus items about 20 pieces sold for $30 bucks….. most items I had purchased during the summer $1 sale 🤔 an weren’t worn I pulled the tags off other items were winter items saved but they couldn’t fit this year & then I was told they don’t except slippers but I also purchased slippers during that sale so I went threw returned items that didn’t sell and I don’t see a problem I remembered I have stuff that I bought during the sale that my mini can grow into and it bothers me that they accepted these items and resold to me but my items got rejected🙄🤷♀️🤷♀️ Pics in the comments : photo #1 shoes purchased during summer sale I still have she can wear them this summer!🤷♀️ Photo #2 items purchased at sale my oldest could not fit never worn sat in closet till winter clean out removed some tags…. They weren’t accepted

Marika is always super helpful and cheerful. We buy most of our kids clothes here and have been happy with nearly every piece (occasionally I will catch a small tear or stain, and the store accepts returns with the original tag intact). Much cleaner than Goodwill or other thrift stores, and it smells better too! Outfitting 4 kids for school is a chore, but it is so much easier and cost effective to go here. Dressing rooms are a bonus bc preteen girls are all shaped differently and pants are tricky to fit!

You get what you get at Once Upon.. They are honest & desire well kept stuff. New clothes with tags (Take back to the store they came from lol) Be Smart. They have always taken care of me because I only take back old clothes in great condition & donate the rest. Money & service is better then throwing it in the trash. Great Place to Go for us. - Timon
