I came to sell my kids clothes, they barely took something. I have barely used clothes and shoes and they said they couldn’t take it. I checked around what they sell and saw very worn out shoes. I’ll post a picture of what I brought and what they sell.

Really love shopping here and selling is easy but they don't really give much for clothes only toys and shoes and equipment. They don't really have much in girls dresses in sizes for 10-16 either.

Lots of items were new with tags and at an affordable rate. Great selection and variety for purchasing. The wait was kind of long for the trade in, but I did go on a Saturday couple hours before closing. The staff were helpful. Reason for 4 stars bc of the cleanliness of the store, also had an odd smell too. Like musky? I also felt like they had so much going on in the front area with a big rack of swimsuits right by the front door and people coming in and out with baskets and large objects is not an ideal area to shop. Especially with the size of the store.

Lots of selection and price is pretty good, toys can be cheaper I guess, some toys are $10 and sold for $5 while others are worth $30 and sold for $3. Can never see clothes because there’s 4 people in each aisle blocking it with carts but it’s fine I don’t really need clothes. Other items like cribs and strollers are priced very well I’m surprised! Wish I never bought items new lol. Workers are nice and but alwyas busy. I wonder why toys aren’t cleaned before being sold I’ve bought some nice items which are filthy but my kid wants it so I buy it. Overall a really nice place I wish you had insta or Facebook to post large toys over $15 like walkers and activity table so I can see if they have new items instead of coming down each week

I've been to many OUAC locations, and this is one of the best. It's not too small, it's neatly organized and there's a ton of stuff! I haven't shopped in all of the sections yet but am excited to. I'll definitely be coming to this one for my next baby :)

I've sold items here new and used toddler age and they always make me a fair amount of money for the items I've taken. My son has found little toys to buy back too so we are happy with the service.

I had a very pleasant experience at Once Upon a Child Copperfield. The staff was very friendly, welcoming and helpful. I had some children's clothing I wanted to sell and I also needed to buy my son some jeans and shirts for this upcoming school year. They gave me a fair price for the items they wanted to buy from me. I decided to use my balance to trade for new items I wanted to get for my son. I received a $5 discount on top of the trade in balance which was a great savings. I literally bought all his Levis and Polo jeans, Ralph Lauren polo shirts and t-shirts, Gap kids and a few other name brand quality items such as shorts and graphic t-shirts. This was literally a one stop shop for me and I saved so much money. 11 year olds grow so fast and I was so thankful to find clean, in like-new condition clothing for such an affordable price. I spent $50 total for easily what would have been $300 to $400 worth of clothing in a department store for the same quality clothing. I am thankful for places like OUAC.

Low cost cloth and really good conditions! Bought 220 dollars of clothing 9 jeans, 12 cute sweaters, 6 dresses, 5 skirts, 1 pair of shoes and a castle toy. Good brands like Justice, Gap and Levis- some items are brand new.
