Very rude and impolite staff! My family walked in, they acted as if we never entered, not willing to assist or anything. I waited for someone else to walk through and they received the same treatment. I went and stood in front the counter and waited for someone to acknowledge me or ask “if I needed help with something”. The two girls looked and me and continued on, as if I should be asking them to help me. I put everything down and walked out. They had cute items for little girls, but WILL NEVER SPEND MY MONEY WITH PEOPLE WHO TREAT CUSTOMERS LIKE THIS. There are plenty of other kid stores out here to shop. WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN!

I'm not really surprised at all the negative reviews...this store isn't stocked at all and probably because there are boxes everywhere. However, the worst part was the attitudes of the employees. They were cold and rude, especially the cashier "Jazz".

The staff is very rude. I asked a simple question, and the employee answered very rudely. which was uncalled for. If I wasn't on my lunch hour and need a birthday gift, I would have left everything there. This would be the last time I spend my money there. Not at all surprised about the negative reviews. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL

Very messy store. The staff looked like they hate there job. The scanner for checking prices didnt work. The staff had to reboot the register. Had to wait like 10 minutes because the card reader couldn't read. Would not recommend this location. Also very scary that they had to have a security guard at the front door. Not my kind of place.

I use to shop here all the time and whenever I did I would spend well over $400 at this store alone. Last Easter was the last time I stopped here. I felt so discriminated against by every employee in the store. I was judged from the moment I walked into the store bc I had on sweat pants n a tee shirt. I had my purse and I began to shop. As I was shopping I was followed around the store by every employee that night including the security guard at that time who was a black lady with braids n glasses who was surprisingly pulling clothes out of the boxes and folding them and putting them out on the store as if she was an employee instead of a security guard. So I came to the register and my card that i always use at this same store did not work at your store I ensured to the cashier and showed her my bank statement with my high balance on my card. So she immediately became a different person and stated that she cannot help me and I should not have come to the store when I knew i did not have any money. I stated to her that I did and that I will go to the ATM to withdraw the money and pay for the items the ATM was 2 mins away. I came to the store it the door was locked and it was 15 mins before the store was suppose to close they did not open the door. To add insult to injury they were checking out two other customers Latino customers and would not let me in to check out. I had all 400 dollars in my hand ready to pay for my items and I was not able to. I felt so disrespected as I regularly shop there but that day I wasn't dressed as I normally do and felt so disrespected. I never been back since. My post is a year late but I had to share my horrible racist discriminated experience.

I was nervous to go to this location based on the reviews, but I am extremely happy to say that I am beyond happy with Sonia, and her teams customer service skills!! I had an issue with my place rewards and a coupon I was attempting to use online. I went ahead and called in to see if they could offer any help with why I was having so much trouble. Sonia informed me it was a common error that could only be corrected in store. She then let me know that she would be more than happy to help personally if I decided to go in, which I did. I went in, and was out of the store within 15 minutes!! Beyond happy with the service, and the store itself was great. As for the customers shopping there, I was extremely dissatisfied. I completely understand it’s a children’s clothing store, but teaching your children to have manners and respect seems to have gone out the window. Will be returning, no matter the unruly children.

The online order to have picked up in store is a waste of time. I shop frequently online & seeing this option was nice, Until I never received my ready for pick up email & also 2 items weren't available. Which is understandable but I would of never known until I called or just showed up. I rather just have everything shipped to my house than playing the guessing game. Thanks TCP - Buyer since 2007

Security guy name jason had closed the store before 9. He act like he is the owner. I told him that and i really dgaf. He told me im thw owner either but im a customer dumbass. I dont think the owner wants to loose a customer! He didn't want to let me in and I told him there is 10 minutes left it's not like I'm going to be here all night! Then he's like you shouldn't pull on the door. Maybe if you didn't lock I wouldn't have. If he really hates his $7.25 pay then look for another job! I told the girl give me his supervisors name and she said he only had it. So I'll be calling the manager above her like she said so I can put a complaint on him.
