Corrie at the checkout was outstanding. Her help guideing me processing a task that I was not familiar with was excellent. Respectful, kind, patient etc etc etc. I would give her 10 stars if I could. I was in retail all my life.

Refilling prescriptions is a nightmare. It'll say my order is confirmed after requesting the refill in the app but then I'll have to request it again because it just isn't filled.

I was at Urgent care, needed a script filled for antibiotics, the closest CVS closed at 7(??) it was 7:40, the Doctor called the CVS on Greenfield Ave in West Allis Wi. they were open till 8pm. I rushed there to get my script, I walked in, doors were not locked yet, the "Pharmacist" was closing the gate at the counter, I said I'm here to pick up my script that was just called in, he "sorry, were closed" and that was that! CVS is my works "chosen" pharmacy, what pharmacy opens at 9am, and closes at 7 or 8?? Especially a CVS that is in a Target that is open until 9pm?? CVS you will never be a "contender" with Walgreens or even Walmart!! You don't even have one 24 hr CVS....Very disappointed in CVS!! I cant give a "0" star rating...

The pharmacy staff is always very nice and helpful. It's a pretty busy pharmacy, at least every time I need to come in but they still get the job done quickly. And even through the mad rushes, the staff is always smiling and has a good attitude. Great customer service. I only come here for the pharmacy, so I can't say much for the store staff. Everything in the store is overpriced though.

This location has very unhelpful and unfriendly managers. Customer service is just not their niche. Pharmacy has given me problems. As someone who used to be a medical coordinator, I know they could be doing better to meet customer standards.

Needs a zero star....Over the holiday week I phone in a prescription for an epiPen on Wednesday. The following Monday I called and they said that the doctor's office would closed and they needed him to renew. I reminded them that this was requested the Wednesday before and promised the Friday before. I called the doctor's office on Tuesday and the only communication from CVS was after I called Monday (a fax). Now it is the following Wednesday and I talked to my doctor's office again. They called in the epiPen yesterday. I called CVS and they are just filling it now that I said i was going to call the district manager. NEVER AGAIN will I go to this location. I mean this is a prescription for a life threatening allergy!

The Pharmacist seems to think she is my doctor and can tell me what I can and cannot have and how much I can and cannot take! My doctor prescribes me what she feels I need to help me with my pain and to be able to lead a some what comfortable and as pain free existence as possible. I don’t know who these people think they are to over-ride what my pain management doctor has given me and has been giving me for 13 years, I have no idea what type of schooling these pharmacists have to do to get their degrees but I’m pretty sure they don’t have to go through everything that my pain management doctor had to go through to get her degree! I know that there are some crooked doctors out there but I am pretty confident in the fact that mine is not one of them. As I said earlier I have been on the same meds same dose same doctor same everything for 13 years. And I don’t feel it is right for some pharmacist to override my doctors professional opinion as to what I am being prescribed and how much of a medication I can have especially when you have no idea what and why I am taking it in the first place.

I have been using this pharmacy since it opened as CVS. At first, I was doubtful as CVS was the only pharmacy that my insurance covered. But they have impressed me & often gone above & beyond. One of my kids meds, they recommended a cream rather than a gel formula, as it was significantly cheaper, but did the same thing..$55 cheaper, so they asked for permission to call dr for new script. Every employee in this pharmacy is always extremely friendly and always makes you feel important no matter how busy they might be. They always make sure I understand my scripts and answer any questions I have. Their customer service is top-notch and always with a smile.
