Only ran in to drop off a FedEx package l, but the person who helped me was polite and patient helping me figure out the process since I've never used FedEx previously.

Shoplifting is a horrible problem here. And, management seems to not care. Makes for a lousy experience for shoppers, and I would assume for employees as well.

Poor excuse for a photo department I have been here twice to pick up an order and neither time was it ready and the most recent time they told me they don't even have the materials to do it SMH. What a waste of a location.

very helpful staff willing to go the extra mile to read you boxes and labels if you ask them. very helpful store.

The pharmacy is fine for getting prescriptions. But buying anything else in the store is incredibly frustrating. Lots of items are out of stock, and even when the website says something is in stock at this location, it isn't.

Came in to purchase an at home covid test and they were out, the manager was very kind told me to go through the drive-thru for a test and gave a heads up to the pharmacy I was coming. Could not have been a more pleasant experience

Received a message that my prescription was ready for pick up. Stopped after work and was told it is not ready. Received an automated message that if I did not pick up today it would be put back. Stopped again and was told there was nothing but I could order and wait a half hour. Called when I got home. Was told it was "delayed for insurance". Asked what the delay was as no changes in my employer, insurance, physician or order in over 2 years. Instantly was informed "yes, it worked now. We can have it ready in 30 minutes". No reason for the "delay" given.

I had an appointment this morning at 8:30. I got a text to confirm the appointment. I show up for the appointment and was told that the fiser covid is no longer available at 60th and Greenfield. I was texted that the appointment was confirmed. I should have been contacted about the change.i could have made a different appointment. I took off work to get this vaccine. Very poor customer service. Don't use Walgreens for your covid vaccine. There is no reliable communication.

Noticed right away that the Nature Valley Dark Chocolate Granola Bars had a different taste and texture. Unfortunately I continued to eat them and had chest pain, stomach pain and disturbed sleep for several days afterwards. After reading the ingredient list realized the recipe had changed but the ingredient added does not normally make me sick so I say this product has been tainted or contaminated as Walgreens has been stalking and monitoring my food habits for quite some time now.

Waited in the "convenient" drive thru line for 20 minutes behind one car. The car in front of me was there at least that same amount of time if not longer. When I finally got to the window, I asked if there was a problem that I had to wait for 20 minutes. Emma said they were short staffed. No apology, just that they were short staffed. Well Walgreens, figure out how to get more staff, and maybe some that are more pleasant and apologetic. I have better things to do than wait in line for 20 minutes. I could see people inside, also waiting in line that didn't look happy either. I wonder what they were unhappy about? Probably about waiting 20 minutes for limited and unhappy staff to help them. I wouldn't normally go to Walgreens for a prescription but it's the only place I can get a prescription for my dog, that I know of.
