Where did everybody go? 24 Hour Pharmacy: really? In the middle of the day, the pharmacy counter had its shutters down. No signs saying what was going on, or when they would be open again. You could wander about the store, but no staff... and not even anyone at the checkout. (Kind of creepy. Made me wonder if the pharmacy was being robbed.)

Pharmacy staff, aside from the Asian gentleman whom I primarily see working the drive thru, aren't friendly or seem to know what is going on. The pharmacist acted like he had never used a register before. Tonight I needed to get some medication for my child. Went to the front to grab a drink from the cooler and it's barely stocked with anything. The young man whom I thought was another customer, was actually the cashier. Street clothes and not even a name tag. Proceeded to give me a receipt but forgot my change. Seemed nice but not very professional.

Worst pharm I have ever been too. Waited over an hour in drive thru for over an hour. To just puck a a script that was ready at 5pm...

Unless they are extremely understocked, they are just straight up lying about what is available over the counter. They didn't even bother to look either, just said no over the phone.

Scheduled a covid test for my 6 year old this afternoon & the person working in the drive thru pharmacy would not do the test giving me the biggest run around . Obviously he didn’t want to do his job or know how to perform it. Extremely disappointed, frustrated and unhappy with how he handled everything. This is the 2nd time I’ve have experienced poor follow thru & service from this CVS location. Will no longer use it for any pharmacy needs.

Needed to pick up a prescription for my father, pharmacy tech extremely short with me; definitely worth the few extra dollars to pick up at Walgreens, Pick N save, or Meijer, all places they do not act like you’re an inconvenience to them.

Incompetent. Unorganized, no communication skills what so ever. Do not get medicine filled here if you have time lines that you need to stay in between. Definitely don't use if you're life depends on it

They are conducting tests faster than their lab can process them. This means you won't get results of an influenza or COVID PCR test for a week. So basically, you find out what you had rather than what you have. What good is that? I am in the 6th day since I submitted a pair of tests that should have taken 2-3 days according to their information. They need to scale back their test availability to a level they can process. Well, that's what they should do if they want customers to ever come back.

A pharmacy tech provided me with the worst customer service and medical experiences I have ever had. I was trying to get a COVID vaccination and everything on their end was messed up. And, the tech was rude about it, as well! I'm happy this disaster of a store is not responsible for my prescriptions.
