Best vitamin and supplements store in Appleton, Wisconsin (WI) 2024

Pharmacy staff, aside from the Asian gentleman whom I primarily see working the drive thru, aren't friendly or seem to know what is going on. The pharmacist acted like he had never used a register before. Tonight I needed to get some medication for my child. Went to the front to grab a drink from the cooler and it's barely stocked with anything. The young man whom I thought was another customer, was actually the cashier. Street clothes and not even a name tag. Proceeded to give me a receipt but forgot my change. Seemed nice but not very professional. ~Jim

Pharmacy service was slow and at times needlessly rude. They charged me for a prescription that was clearly covered by the MISSION act for vets, but I was sick and really didn't have time to argue over it. This is not the first time CVS has lied to my family about coverage on medical supplies and prescriptions. The full story has a lot more nonsense/ unprofessional activity but having to drive to a different city to pay for a 100% covered rx that should have been filled a few blocks from my home is simply not acceptable. ~The

I really love this pharmacy and I’m always impressed by the kindness and friendliness of the workers. I have a family member that is disabled and frequently uses the curbside pick up option for their prescription and the workers have never once been rude or made it seem like they had to go out of their way to help them. The pharmacists are so knowledgeable and are always willing to answer any questions. One of the pharmacists saved me over $100 one time when my doctor sent over the wrong pill type and I’m forever grateful! I also love the ability to track prescriptions on Walmarts website and that they text when it’s ready. They are also usually super quick, my prescriptions are usually ready to go within an hour of the doctor sending it over. And the refill reminders are a lifesaver! ~Ash
