My boyfriend and I wanted to take the time to leave a 5+ star review for both Finn and Tayghen. We had made appointments to get a fitting for the both of us. We were visiting from Fort Worth and came to Austin for our mini vacation. They were both awesome and had the best customer service experience. Finn helped me with my fit. He explained everything to me about the best fit, insoles, shot platform. He took the time to show me different shoes and explained the difference of each shoe. Tayghen helped my bf and he helped him find the perfect insole and shoe. We left very satisfied with our purchase and we just wanted to say thank you. We appreciated the time you guys gave us. We will definitely be back!

I went in to the Seaholm Fleet Feet location Saturday afternoon to get fitted for a pair of running shoes and I had a phenomenal time. The associate that helped me was named Finn and he was very kind, attentive and helpful and made my shoe shopping experience a breeze. He was even able to price match the shoes I wanted when I found them for about $20 cheaper at an online retailer, which was just the cherry on top of an already great experience. I highly recommend coming in to this Fleet Feet location if you’re on the market for running shoes.

Small store, with a friendly staff, but great selection of running shoes. I knew what I wanted, Mizuno. They delivered the shoes quickly and I was able to purchase them quickly. They also had a large selection of running socks. They have a sister store a few blocks away with even more inventory. If you can't find your running shoes here, they can search their other location.

Truly fantastic store with exceptional and friendly employees. Ari & the crew here are all insanely knowledgeable and really give their customers a world class shoe buying experience. I get so many comments on my shoes and tell everybody to go see Ari at Fleet Feet. Just took my mom here this past weekend for her first ever digital shoe analysis and she’s a believer! She had been having so many problems with sore feet and shin splints since she’s been walking a lot more lately, but this past week with the new shoes from Fleet Feet she is excited to report NO pain or issues. Invest in yourself and in the process and go to Fleet Feet!! Dr. Sonia and the rest of our gang say hello! Will be back again soon.

New runner here. I have visited other Fleet Feet stores before but this one wins in my opinion because of the excellent customer service I received from Jill I believe his name was. He was very patient and listened to my needs making the process easy for me. I will definitely be coming back when I need new running shoes.

They were super patient and knowledgeable about the shoes that they sell. I was given several diverse options after they scanned my feet and a fitting insole. Gave me plenty of time to try the shoes. Heads up that they don't have all the designs of a shoe in the store at once so if you're looking for a specific design, check out their website instead.

I'm new to Austin and this was my first time visiting a Fleet Feet store. I was in search of a professional running store with a great selection of custom fit shoes that are not found at general shoe stores. I’m glad that I found it! I was blown away at the “Fit ID” scanning technology and how those instant results helped me find the perfect running shoe. The store associate was very helpful and patient as I tried many pairs to find the right fit. He even gave me some great tips on the perfect running trails around Austin. I’ve already gone on a run in my new shoes and they're incredibly comfortable. I will definitely be back to Fleet Feet in the future!

Fleet feet is where I get my running shoes! They laser scanned my foot and matched me with the best brand for me. It’s so nice to know that I’m wearing the best possible shoe for my foot type. I use to wear a different brand and had some trouble with long distance runs. Since buying my shoes at fleet feet, I can run for miles comfortably. The service is always great! Very friendly customer service.

I cannot recommend Fleet Feet highly enough!! The store is clean and friendly and the staff is SO helpful! They lead with education to make sure that you understand the relationship between your feet and your shoes. The technology that they utilize is top tier and provides an in depth look at the shape and function of your feet. They also teach you about different shoes and help you find the absolute best fit for you! I had no idea that I had been wearing the wrong size shoe for years, maybe you have been too!! So if you’re in the market for new shoes - from distance running to casual wear - this should absolutely be your first stop!
